The owner was very attentive and all our needs were met. The location with it being on the canal was brilliant. They were very welcoming of our two dogs and made us feel at ease. We would highly recommend staying here and we will be returning in the future.

The facilities were good. We made use of the pool, sauna, and steam room. Not overly busy, so it was lovely and relaxing. We had our evening meal in the lounge, the food was good as were the portion size's. Breakfast was nice, but they had run out of a few things by the time we got there at 9.30, but they did replenish some of them whilst we were there.Room was very clean and the staff lovely.

It was very relaxing, tranquil and like nothing experienced before. We were met and very warmly greeted. All staff were very friendly and helpful . The pool area was second to none and although the spa was very small, my massage was the best I've had!

We wanted a traditional country house festive Winter break with panelling, Christmas trees, open fires and cosying up with a mulled wine. The Billesley Manor delivered it all and gives you a lovely relaxing spa for a bit of modern luxury. The staff are so attentive and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and the beds a delight. The head barman makes a cracking martini and the food is delicious with great options for vegetarians like us. We only had one night here but are already planning a return visit.

Lovely room - spacious and natural light with windows that opened! Location was perfect for a brief stroll into Stratford Upon Avon and the many shops and restaurants as well as the river boats and theatre. We ate dinner in the restaurant at the hotel which was tasty and catered for dietary requirement (I'm vegan and they had options on the menu) and the breakfast was great with a lot of choice. I also used the pool, sauna & steam room which were clean and offered a relaxing atmosphere!
