Nicely furnished with Ikea throughout. Two toilets always good. Very useful kitchenette, with good cutlery provision. Big table with enough space for 6. Good parking at rear. Quiet. Netflix. Great location. Efficient last minute booking service, although this required driving licence and facial recognition on phone.

Some spa hotels use mineral-rich water pumped straight out of the ground, helping to maintain and restore good health.
Room was really spacious. And breakfast served was apt as per the standards of Hilton. Bed was very conmforntable to relax Hospitality of the front reception (forgot the gentlemans name) was extremely satisfacotry. They were very friendly and was detail oriented. Overall the stay and service provided was excellent. Please do keep up the good work.
I enjoyed the hot tub everywhere was clean was lovely that they did setup for my partners birthday- tv was update was a luxury really enjoyed my stay was lovely and had a breakfast which was really sweet
Loved the location, nice and near to NEC and other areas if needed. Good grounds of the golf course to walk around as well. Food is fantastic both for dinner and breakfast. Would like to see few more vegetarian options as the Chef cooks well and will probably do really well with other options on menu too. Spa features nice as well, relaxing week considering I was on an event for 4 days at the NEC!
Lovely peaceful settings and a stunning view of the lake and wildlife. Room was comfortable modern and spacious and with lovely lighting. The hot tub was an added bonus was beautiful to sit out at night with the lights on and look out at the lake. Breakfast was lovely plenty to choose from and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to book again for another short break.

This is a very stylish hotel, themed on its history of being the Daily Telegraph building once. Bedrooms are spacious and well appointed and from the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out I felt well looked after with genuine attention to detail and customer care. Breakfast was served in a very relaxed way and there was an excellent choice on offer.
Fantastic facilities. We’re allowed use of gym/pool/sauna as we arrived early and room as not ready. Room was a great size. Very close to cinema, bowling, shopping centres, restaurants etc. ask reception about booking a massage with Kay in the wellness centre. Very reasonably priced and a nice extra to the stay. Huge wedding on during our stay but didn’t feel any impact at all. Heard no noise and plenty of capacity for breakfast.
