Breakfast and location were brilliant. Flying from Belfast to Egypt and missed our Birmingham Airport connection??? On arrival, we were told of the 'relaxed dress code' and option not to honour the booking -but- we had the most relaxing stay 'ever', due to both the staff and other guests - kindness and consideration!!!

Everything was " near perfect " from the start till the end . The official at the check in counter was extremely cordial and extended a warm welcome which set the tone for the stay . The overall ambience was very pleasant and the stay felt like being at a " home away from home "!!

I had a wonderful 4 night stay and all the staff were so very helpful, friendly & kind nothing too much trouble especially singling out Tufayel who was particularly attentive. So a big thank you to everyone. Bed was lovely and comfortable and quality of linen very good. The breakfast was so very plentiful with lots of choice to cater for every taste. Was excellent to have the pool, sauna, steam room etc and also the spa treatments on offer too which I really enjoyed. Very central location

Modern, warm, stylish, super cheap inn with a massive pub space, to relax, drink and dine with the added bonus of a club night thrown in on Saturdays. So if your plans change and you don't want to party in town you can on your doorstep and not worry about the journey home and have a great breakfast in the morning. Staff were lovely, friendly and transport was right by the hotel.

I had a great stay in this beautiful Luxury apartment. Situated in the city centre, it provided easy access to all the major attractions, restaurants, and entertainment hubs. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking easy and the spacious living areas were perfect for relaxation. The WIFI was really fast and I enjoyed having a hot chocolate and watching a movie!

The room was spacious, and had touch of luxury for standard double room. As soon as you walk in I knew it would be relaxing. The floor to ceiling window was a nice touch. Check in was quick and painless & staff were pleasant and helpful.
