We had an excellent stay at SERHS Natal. We expend around 10 days, get to know lot of the staff and enjoy the facilities completely. All personnel is wonderful, thanks to everyone. Gouza and Fabio at reception, Julienne and Cilene from the Spa, the staff of the restaurants, Paolo, Edmilza, Ilama, Denis, Arthur from the bar. They are all stars, thank you for such an amazing experience and do the experience so enjoyable. I recommend the hotel 100%. Also, we loved the monkeys.

Most of it, highlights are definitely the entertainment, bar, staff and food - all pretty fantastic.
Room was okay, nothing special and a bit dated but does the job for a week.

The meals are top notch. Much much better in quality than Sehrs where we also stayed. The resort is very family oriented and has lots of nice activities for the kids. We loved it. The resort focuses on quality over quantity.

The beach is just 3 minutes away by foot, the staff was very welcoming, and everything was very clean and functional.

Some spa hotels use mineral-rich water pumped straight out of the ground, helping to maintain and restore good health.
The location is very beautiful and the hotel room is very modern, clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool areas of the hotel are very beautiful and with great views and the pool bars were great. The breakfast was also very good and there was also evening live music on Saturday which was very nice.

Staff in the restaurant for the breakfast service was helpful and very attentive. Although the room was quite shabby, it was spacious for four people and the shower in the bathroom rather powerful. Breakfast in the morning was ok.
Good pousada really close to the beach in Ponta Negra. The rooms are simple, but really clean and with everything you need. The staff was friendly, the breakfast good, and there is private parking possibility just in front. Really good deal for a good price!
Spacious apartment with a small functional kitchen, table set up for two, comfy bed, huge shower space in a very nice area near all the amenities and the beach. Our breakfast wasn’t included but it was worth it paying RS30.00. The staff was adorable, breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Highly recommend!
The breakfast is a really good touch and there is lots of choice. It’s a good hostel for the price you pay. The common areas are nice and there are a few hammocks to relax on.
One of our favourite Brazil hotels so far. The room was spacious and very clean. Air-conditioning and wifi work well. Breakfast is delicious with many choices. Location is great close to the beach and seems safe. The stairs are at the back meaning that every room has an ocean view and the view from the balcony is amazing.
