I did really like the staff. Inger was wonderful, she made me feel like I was one of her family member. But all the members of the staff were great. At first sight, the price may seems to be a little beat higher but believe me that it is not because you have included entrance to Leukerbad Therme as many times as you want with unlimited staying (otherwise you have to pay 28 chf for 3 hours or 35 chf for whole day), free Gemmi entrance as many times as you want to go to Gemmi and a lot of discounts to other touristic sights. To have a tea machine in the room was great. The hotel has a direct access to thermal baths and is in good location, close to most of the important places in the village. The view of any rooms is stunning. I did really appreciate that I had a room with a big terrace and I was able to get wonderful sun baths. The breakfast was enough for me and here I drunk the best coffee from my whole life.

A very apt name for a well located studio. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything guests will require. Well stocked kitchen with all the necessary utensils for cooking a full meal. Nespresso machine, a variety of teas and basic condiments like oil, salt and pepper were provided. Bathroom amenities were complete too. Even Netflix was available. The terrace has a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and waterfall. Best of all, Ms Nena, the owner, was super helpful once contact was made. She gave us a lot of information and also prepared guest cards for us so we could get discounts at places of interest and the cable cars. Also she constantly checked with us through WhatsApp to make sure everything was fine. The three of us had a wonderful time and relaxing stay in Leukerbad thanks to Nena. Merci beaucoup Nena.
