I was forced to park across the street because I was told by Sheraton Staff that valet was full. My car was ransacked as I slept and I was told by the front desk manager, jasmine told me that I couldn’t get comp on my room or anything.

The hotel in general as Sheraton was sheraton. Things in general was ok and as usual. Just the hotel is quite old as I can see which would give another perspective if it would be otherwise.

great location-take trolley to Beale street for only $1 per person. park across street in church lot-pay $18 instead of $29 at Sheraton garage. also then avoid tipping due to valet parking. room was clean, bed comfortable. The other reviews bashing this place as being dirty I don't understand-my room was typical of what you expect from Sheraton-an upper class room nicer than the typical motel from

Overall good stay, the bathroom tub was in need of some LTC, and it was a really basic room, not as luxurious as I associate with a Sheraton hotel - but loved the trolley stop right outside the hotel and the view of the river was nice.

We did not have breakfast. That was not an option. The restaurant/bar in the hotel was still closed due to Covid. The young lady that checked me in was wonderful. She was very courteous and helpful. We had to request an extra towel as there were 3 of us and bedding for the sofa bed, but she did not seem to mind at all. The beds were so comfortable. We slept very well, and the room was even better than we were expecting. We enjoyed our first stay at a Sheraton property and looking forward to more.
