Boasting a garden and views of garden, le bonheur des plumes is a recently renovated bed and breakfast set in Montmartin-en-Graignes, 21 km from Haras of Saint-Lô. Great room with ensuite bathroom. Host was very kind and communicative. The bed was super comfy and I was well rested after a long car journey. The fully-equipped communal kitchen had all the necessary utensils and more. The host provided a wonderful traditional French breakfast, prepared with lots of care. Would be more than happy to return for a longer stay. Everything was very clean. Top quality shower. Court yard where I was able to park the car was an added bonus, totally safe.

A recently renovated property, Gites les Pourquoi Pas - Résidence de Tourisme DSV Bayeux is located in Bayeux near Baron Gerard Museum, Museum of the Bayeux Tapestry. Vincent was very nice and accommodating to our needs. I wish we had understood that towels and soaps were not included for the bathroom/shower. I will certainly consider booking again!

Quiet well presented accommodation despite being in the town with free parking. Would highly recommend a stay here and plan to return. Everything you need for a self-catering trip. Great base for exploring dday landing beaches.

Featuring an indoor pool and views of lake, Château Côte de Nacre is an apartment situated in a historic building in Ver-sur-Mer, 5.7 km from Juno Beach Centre. Everything about the apartment was beautiful and comfortable. It has been furnished and maintained to a high standard and it really shows. We spent a lot of time on the terrace and exploring the grounds. The goats, sheep, ducks and swans were such a highlight for my daughter who adores animals and they loved her attention. The pool was also lovely and so nice that you can book it to yourself. The Chateau was, I believe, fully booked, yet so quiet and private. I hope to come again!
