The room was large, very comfortable and beautifully decorated, and had a separate kitchen. We especially loved the private garden with flowers, seating and a friendly cat, and the location of the hotel was excellent. We're grateful to Frank for his excellent restaurant recommendations, as they needed booking ahead of time.
We really liked our stay here. The kitchen and lounge space downstairs were the best. Kitchen was fully stocked and had 2x different coffee makers and all the utensils needed to cook a meal. Shower was hot and had awesome water pressure.
Easy walk into Bayeux. Room was spacious, clean, and very well set up. Fully kitted out kitchen for cooking dinners. Bed was great for me. Absolutely no noise from outside (except one night when the fireworks display was going off) while I was there. Had a query about my room when I first got there, sent a text to the host, and had a reply within 3 minutes telling me everything I needed to know. About a 25 minute walk from the train station
The property suited our needs, being a small studio, ground floor, good security, spotlessly clean, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Fantastic location, close to the cathedral and walking distance from everything you could possibly need.
Kitchen excellent for self-catering. Easy free parking in street. This apartment is street level, so very easy with luggage. Easy walk to historic city centre of Bayeux (e.g. Tapestry Museum, WW2 museums and memorials). Easy drive to beaches of WW2 D-Day landings, and a day-trip to Mont St Michel was quite achievable!
Large, comfortable house in quiet neighbourhood. Very well equipped with dishwasher, tv, washing machine, walk-in shower, etc. Lots of housewares and basic supplies in kitchen, worked well for self-catering. Large garden with some basic chairs to sit out on, if we had more time. The agency employee met us there and came to check out property when we left, no problems or delays. It's a bit of a walk to get to town centre but is possible. Parking was very easy. Would be a great place to stay with a family. Good value for money.
Very comfortable good sized, clean apartment in a good location. Kitchen had everything needed if self catering. Only 10 minute walk to the town centre.
