Absolutely beautiful property, like walking into a botanical garden. Modern house with many amenities. Paulo our host was extremely helpful and very attentive of any questions or needs that we may have had. Paulo went as far as setting up reservations at a local restaurant for us because we arrived Easter morning and were not sure where we could have lunch. Property is located close enough to Ponta Delgada so that you can be there in 5 to 10 minutes, but far enough away that you are not in the middle of the city. We will definitely return and stay with Paulo again.

Clean, spacious and well-equipped 1 bed apartment just outside main Ponta Delgada in village of Faja De Cima. The owner, Pedro was extremely kind, helpful and friendly, and responded to any queries straight away. Buses go from Faja De Cima go straight past Botânico Gardens and to main bus hub near Ponta Delgada's Tourist Information Centre. From there you can catch buses to Sete Cicades and Furnas. Thank you Pedro for being a great host!

The best apartment we booked during our stay in Portugal. We had a very late arrival time and the hoster wait for us to provide the keys and all needed information related to the apartment and neighborhood. The hoster kept in contact with us all the time via WhatsApp. Very comfortable apartment, clean, functional for a group. Please consider it is not located walking distance to the old part of the city. We rented a car and worked for us very well. You can find parking space in front of the building. It is very easy to drive around the island. I do recommend this beautiful and comfortable apartment.
