The apartment is perfect, very spacious, good equipment, nice view of ocean and botanical garden. We very very satisfied and I would definitelly recommend this accomodation to everybody. The flat is in the 3rd floor and we appreciated there is an elevator. The location is also perfect, close to the center, bus stations and shops as well. The owner is very nice person and check-in was very smooth, he was already waiting us in front of the building once we arrived in taxi from airport, we appreciated that the check-in was possible also at midnight.

Convenient location in São Roque, 20-30 min walk to Ponta Delgada downtown. Around 10 min walk to grocery store and some restaurants. Studio is quite small, but comfortable, very clean and well equipped. Kitchen is nice for preparing basic meals. The terrace is fantastic, overlooking the ocean and gets a lot of sun. Pool towels are great to take with you to hot springs.

She owns a B&B down the road, and she even invited us to come join them for breakfast any morning of our stay.
