Clean and modern self catering apartment in great location, close to supermarket, restaurants with a short walk to the beach. Pool area tidy with umbrellas and sun-loungers. Given clear instructions for entry to apartments with key code, complex felt secure. Small kitchenette with basics utensils etc for cooking, large fridge and freezer, and a washing machine in apartment.

The property is in a fantastic location is very comfortable and clean . With the added benefit of a small kitchen for self catering . The flat we had had a window looking at Lobos island which was fantastic .
This was a self catering apartment. Although in a urban area it was only a 5 to 10 minute walk to the tourist areas. The apartment has recently been refurbished, so new bathroom, kitchen etc.
It is a beautiful house with everything you need for self catering and more such as toiletries, towels, Xtra bedding, cleaning materials, kitchen utensils, It also gets cleaned once per week and all bedding changed, fabulous balconies, terrace with huge hot tub. Great views of the sea. Location excellent 5 mins walk to old town centre. Bars and restaurants locally. An owner who takes self catering apartments to another level and is extremely helpful and kind. We have already booked again.
Loved the relaxed atmosphere. The room was good (bedroom was lovely and really clean) Kitchen was equipped enough for us to manage self catering. Lots of areas to lay in sun no issues finding a sunbed. Really close to supermarket for convenience. Definitely value for money. We are likely to use again.
The Villa is ideally located on a modern, very well maintained complex of villas.
It is modern, fresh and has absolutely everything that you need for a self catering Villa, even down to BBQ tools, modern kitchen gadgets for when you cook a meal to sit on the terrace.
All of the furniture is in a ‘brand new’ condition.
The outside areas are immaculate, the pool is stunning as is the upstairs sunbathing/cooking areas and the jacuzzi is perfectly placed.
Great location, clean and comfortable, good kitchen facilities for those choosing to do self catering. Nice breakfast, abundance of bars and restaurants nearby, safe storage for bikes.
