Great service, the owner is very helpful and great customer service. The unit is huge, lots of room, it includes everything needed, like hair dryer, iron, air condition, wi-Fi, full kitchen, washing  machine etc. The best of all they have cleaning service. I highly recommend this property. It is located on centre of the city, so easy to enjoy and no need to use the car as everything is close by.

The room was super spacious, clean, comfortable and modern. It had a big balcony with a great view of Shkodra city center and the Rozafa castle. The host was super kind and friendly. Collection of keys and communication was very easy. There is also a small kitchen if you want to cook. :)

Very enjoyable stay. Thanks to Arseld for being a fantastic host: meeting me promptly on arrival, helping me arrange taxi journeys and bus trips and checking in on me regularly to make sure all was in order; he went above and beyond the normal level to ensure a pleasurable stay. The apartment itself is very clean, well appointed with everything one may need (i.e. washing machine, coffee machine, shampoo etc) for their stay. Modern Air Conditioning units were also greatly appreciated, as was the very fast WiFi. All in all, it was a pleasure to stay at Ridi's Comfort Apartment!

Fully furnished apartment in a good quiet location. Nice and clean with a comfy bed. Washing machine was handy and a balcony outside the room to dry clothes. The host was very helpful with recommendations and allowed us to leave our big backpacks over 3 days whilst we did the Valbona to Theth hike. Would recommend if you’re visiting Shkodra
