We stayed at Villa Sarti for 5 nights (extended 1 day from original reservation) and we are very satisfied with the experience. Villa is 5-10 mins walk to most beaches. There are lots of restaurants and markets on the way to beaches as well. Room was good and clean. It was recently rebuilt so everything was new. Our hosts were very kind and friendly. They were always attentive to our requests and willing to help. We are glad to meet our hosts. If we ever come back to Ksamil, we want to stay there again. We will recommend to our friends visiting Ksamil as well. Love from Turkey, Tuğçe and Sabri.

When i first arrived to the room i noticed it was nicer than what it looked in booking photos. Room was clean and nice, also cleaned every 2 day and new sheet and towels were brought. Bed was big and comfortable. We also had big private balcony. Air conditioner was the best thing in the room. Wifi also worked well. The host answered in messages very quickly. They have a clothes iron that you can ask for and borrow when needed without extra charge. Also they washed our clothes aswell without extra charge which was really nice. I asked to extend check out time for few hours and it was extented with possibilities also without any charge. For the quality of villa price was very cheap. Staff was very friendly also spoke good english. Definitely recommend this villa, best in the ksamil.

The owner, Egli, is very friendly and good person, he gave us a lot of tips about what to do and see in Ksamil and was always available when we needed to ask something. The apartments are very new and clean, and the location is great: maximum 5 minutes walking from the beach, supermarket and bakery.

The location was great, not too far from the center, and in a quiet neighborhood. The owner and his mother are doing a real good job. The room was great, very clean, linen and towels were changed regularly, there was a big balcony with shadow in the morning, so ideal for breakfast. The thing I really appreciated, and I have never seen before, is that they put several products that someone might need and for everybody to use, in the hall. With toilet paper, cleaning products, garbage bags, detergent, a radio, an iron, dustpan and brush. They are also preparing a swimming pool and have enough parking space for 6 cars. They were very considerate. When we were out on a hot day, they changed the bed linen and put on the airco, so when we came back the room was cool.

Every single thing. It was an amazing experience for me and for my fiancee. The location is great. Close to most popular beaches, supermarkets, souvenir shops and restaurants. The place is so comfortable and clean. You have everything to cook things you desire which you are not in a mood to go out and eat something at that night. The owners of the apartment was absolutely great. They welcome us very well, solve our small issues very short time and always text us back on time when we need to ask something about place (where to visit, eat etc.). Plus they are very helpful and even call our bus on the way back to Tirana airport and tell them to wait due to our situation of being late and help us to catch our bus on time. We will definitely come and stay this lovely place again.🇦🇱
