One of my favourites in Harz.
One of my favourites in Harz. In the middle of Harz forests. Best walking trail to Brocken. Very picturesque and lots of atmosphere. Unfortunately it has been a bit overdeveloped in the past few years in my opinion. So it gets extremely busy at weekends and holidays, particularly when the weather is good. Parking will then be a problem and it's then simply too much. I hope that the real locals benefit from it at least and not only investors.

The room is super clean and comfortable, breakfast is tasty and generous, and people are extremely kind and friendly. Hiking trails are nearby as well as the station of the tourist train. We loved this stay a lot, would highly recommend this place!Sutin37Germany

Parking in front of the house, possibility to store the bikes (if necessary)! There is a really nice restaurant just 200m away from the property and, as expected, hiking/biking trails are "around" the corner.

Kitchen was equipped with microwave oven and a small conventional oven. Location is good: grocery store in 5 minutes walk, easy to go to hiking trails. Plenty of electric sockets (which is not given in many hotels, still).
