It is very quite and private. The location is close to lake Kanayama which is very beautiful.

Located around 4.1 km from Windy Garden, the ryokan is also 6 km away from Furano Ski Resort. Furano City Office is 300 metres away. I had an excellent experience staying at Ryokan Sansui. The location is very convenient, close to the supermarket and a good variety of restaurants. The owner is also extremely kind and helpful! She gave me a lift up to the ski hill and dropped me off to catch my bus so I didn’t have to walk with my luggage, and also helped me make a few phone calls. Plus, the hot tub is so nice for a relaxing soak after a day of skiing!

All rooms feature nature views, a TV and a fridge, while Japanese-style rooms have a tatami (woven-straw) floor, traditional futon bedding and a seating area with a table and chairs. Western rooms come with carpeting, beds and a sofa. Yukata robes are provided. We had an amazing stay in Ryounkaku! The rather remote location is perfect to start your hike bright and early in the morning and discover the wonders of Mount Tokachi! The rooms were classic Japanese style, with tatami and futon beds. It was large and we had a nice view of the mountain. The onsen is great! Water flowing directly from the mountain, super hot! The outdoor bath is great. Finally, dinner was stunning! We didn’t expect something so nice, but it was plenty of fresh fish, prepared in many different ways, simply delicious! The owners were very nice!

The place is a typical with minor modifications Japanese house. It is very clean and comfortable with large size rooms. Two very comfortable mattresses. The host Sergi is an adorable man who went beyond and over in helping us get to the GH and gave us information making our experience great. The location is so quiet that at night all you hear are the crickets.

It was perfect, thank you so much! Very nice Onsen and incredible views down to the valley.
