The air-conditioned rooms come with Japanese Yukata robes, a fridge and a seating area with low tables and cushions. Guests can choose to stay in rooms with Western-style beds or in rooms with Japanese futon bedding and tatami (woven-straw) floors. Guests can watch international programmes on a flat-screen TV (BBC World, Phoenix InfoNews Channel, TVBS and YTN). The en suite bathroom comes with a hairdryer and slippers.

The on balcony onsen was amazing. As a couple with tattoos we couldn't use the main baths but this was perfect. Used it in the evening after dinner and then again in the morning watching the sun come up. The room was large and comfortable. The food was excellent.

Real way of Japanese life with an Onsen for bathroom with Japanese people, living like them. Eating exactly like them. Wearing the yukata. The shuttle to go to the station, the vintage of the hotel, the free power plate. I want to go back.

The Japanese-style rooms have tatami (woven-straw) flooring with modern furnishings and futon bedding. Each room features a private bathroom with a bathtub made of Cypress wood, filled with hot water from the local hot spring.

General experience, Excellent. I loved every details of this hotel, food, hot spring, service and it's room. We spent entire day in the hotel and could not get enough. The dinner and breakfast is not cheap but definitely worth a try, the most delicate food I have in Japan during this journey.
