I liked that they had a bus service from the hotel to spa building(else 5 min walk). They had a variety of food for dinner and breakfast.I loved the swimming pools, there were many of them and the ocean view was the biggest plus. Also the staff were polite and the process was fast.

Very good for price wise. They gave me a room in 8th floor with big window facing Kisarazu Station, great night view. The bathroom is very nice, huge bath tub and traditional style shower facilities too, so we can also enjoy private onsen feeling.

New and clean. Room size was ok, and nice to have the large onsen style public bathroom. Staff were kind and attentive, the breakfast buffet was ok, nothing special, but pandemic measures in place by using disposable gloves to help prevent infections.
