Nice and clean room, good size for two people. It has plenty of both electricity sockets and USB sockets for charging devices. Bed was super comfortable, it was hard to leave it. The bathroom was modern and clean, great shower, with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel available. Central location by the Gaslamp Quarter. Amazing staff, so friendly and helpful. I was not expecting a free welcome drink and cookies upon check-in, that small gesture really heightened the experience. I absolutely love the pineapple theme and the pet friendliness.

Located 5 minutes’ walk away from Old Mission Santa Ines, this boutique hotel offers a restaurant on site. It features an outdoor pool and hot tub and spacious room with free WiFi. The hotel is simply beautiful. There is a restaurant attached but it was closing when we arrived. The hotel does not offer breakfast. The rooms were spacious (we had a 2 queen beds room), the bathroom was clean and the ammenities nice. The hotel lobby is very beautiful too. The hotel is very well located so we were able to walk around town. The hotel offers complimentary parking outside its premises. The staff recommended us a nice place to have breakfast and it was great (The Belgian Cafe).

Beautiful area, well cleaned and spacious rooms. Convenient location to get the shuttle to heavenly. Very friendly staff. Quiet. Secluded but still close to everything. Modern.

The room was tiny (so I fudged the trick question in the survey about the room size!!) but that is part of the charm and the beds are high so plenty of room for bags beneath. There is no fridge or TV - perfect - this is not a chain, it is the most beautiful historic building and we loved that we can stay and be part of the experience. Everywhere you look is nostalgia from the old radio playing vintage music. And then there is the breakfast, amazing and lots of outdoor seating on the veranda or in the secluded garden. The staff were the icing on the cake - if you have stuff to refrigerate they will happily do that for you.

The food at the restaurant and by the pool is fantastic. There is a lovely pool, shuffleboard area fire pits and plenty of seating. At night the resort is lite beautifully with festoon lights and low lights in the restaurant. The breakfast is outstanding with fresh fruits and delicious yoghurt . I wish there was an expresso machine … but that’s just me being a Aussie !the lobby area is a visual delight .. artworks everywhere as do the rooms.It’s a really central location and a great place to stay, I would recommend it and would stay again if I’m in Palm Springs . The attention to detail is evident everywhere and the small things have been considered.Aaron is a standout staff member and a real asset to HH.
