Located 3 miles from the village of Pulborough, in the Horsham district of West Sussex, Thatched Cottage offers self-catering accommodation for up to 2 guests with a patio, free WiFi and free parking. The pet-friendly property home is 50 miles south west of London and 15 miles from the coast. We stayed in the Shepherd’s Hut and really enjoyed the privacy and facilities. We had everything we needed for a short stay. The outside area was also lovely and would be even better in the summer time when it would be possible to make use of the seating and BBQ.

There is free private parking on site, and Amberley Rail Station is a 10-minute walk away. Wonderful staff. Very helpful and accommodation. Beautiful property.

There are 2 guest rooms in the Station House, the other 8 are in fully-restored Edwardian Pullman railway carriages. Halfway between Midhurst and Petworth, Halfway Bridge is suitably isolated for a weekend break in the beautiful South Downs National Park. Quirky and different, loved it! Staff super-friendly and the food was fabulous

This pretty inn is situated a mile from the centre of Steyning, a small town known for its award-winning cobbled walk. The peaceful garden has a wide variety of plants, and there is free Wi-Fi and free parking on site. Location was beautiful, accommodation was very comfortable and staff were so helpful and friendly. Lauren even made breakfast especially for us as we were late.

The town of Arundel is an enchanting place for you to explore. It is famous for its 12th century castle which was once the historic seat of the Duke of Norfolk, the premier Dukedom of the realm. The Swan Hotel itself dates back to 1759 and is a prominent building on the High Street. The inn has great character and charm and the manager and head housekeeper are exceptional. The location at the foot of the high street is perfect.

Set in a Georgian coaching inn, the individually designed rooms at the Norfolk Arms have an en suite bathroom, tea and coffee facilities and satellite TV. Many boast unique character and traditional charm. A charming hotel in a charming little English town. Only one hour away by direct train to Gatwick Airport, the hotel is the perfect place to spend a night before an international flight. The staff is friendly and the food in the restaurant as well as the breakfast buffet was exceptional. I was introduced to rhubarb and ginger gin as the attached pub, Less than 5 pound for the short taxi ride from the train station. There is so much to see in the town as well as the hotel. A great value; why spend the same amount or more at a generic airport hotel? On my town walkabout I had the chance to visit St. Nicholas Church and have a delightful chat with the vicar's wife. This has to be one of the most pleasant one-night hotel experiences in my life. Almost forgot to mention: sticky toffee pudding for dessert in the Castle Dining Room.

The en-suite rooms include a flat-screen TV, Roberts DAB radio, hair dryer, Nespresso coffee machine and toiletries The breakfast option includes a choice from the menu of cooked breakfasts plus a range of continental items and inclusive juice and hot beverages.In the rooms you will find the refrigerator. Their menu for meals was excellent, not so large that you would think 'they can't do all that properly' but catered for preferences and allergies very sensibly. my wife in gluten intolerant but was easily satisfied.
