Situated in the heart of Arundel, this grade II listed Victorian building was completely refurbished in May 2012 to combine traditional comforts with the facilities of a modern 4-star hotel.

The town of Arundel is an enchanting place for you to explore. It is famous for its 12th century castle which was once the historic seat of the Duke of Norfolk, the premier Dukedom of the realm. The Swan Hotel itself dates back to 1759 and is a prominent building on the High Street.

Set in 30 acres of private parkland, Bailiffscourt Hotel & Spa features an indoor and outdoor pool, modern spa and fitness centre, and tennis courts. The rose-clad courtyard provides an informal setting for light lunches and traditional afternoon teas.

One of the best hotel spas we've been to in England! The place is really well maintained, has all the charms of yesteryears but the conveniences of today. I especially enjoyed the pool, wish I could've swam more! The food was also really lovely, haven't seen a delicious breakfast spread like that in ages.

For my needs this was a great location, easy free parking options, 8 mins walk to local shops and restaurants and the room was very spacious and nicely put together. Comfortable bed and nice large shower were the top features for me. Very generous and well stocked tea / coffee facilities as well. I'd definitely stay again. Great value for price.

I have no words for these two days that my boyfriend and I spent at the cabin. Simply fantastic, we loved everything, starting with the relaxing jacuzzi. The cabin had everything we needed, from comfort to essential goods and hygiene products. I really have no words for it, I invite everyone to try it, it's really worth it. We will definitely come back 🥰🥰

Our stay was perfect- we had everything we needed for a very cozy, relaxing stay. The hot tub was amazing as it was so chilly outside, and to come back in to having a fire going was brilliant- the complimentary bottle of Prosecco was a lovely treat.

A perfect stay in a countryside setting just south of historic Arundel. We particularly loved seeing the birds flying around the fields in the evening and again in the morning. Oh and a fantastic hot tub on the screened decking! What a lovely way to see the sun setting in the evening! The host Sally is marvellous and dealt with our additional requests in a super friendly manner. Thank you for a fabulous stay for our anniversary and we will be back to stay again for sure!

The hosts Judith and her husband were so polite and welcoming. Everything was very clean and tidy, was a very pleasant stay. Will definitely go again and recommend to others. I took my girlfriend for our 1st anniversary and had messaged the hosts prior to ask them to put a bottle of champagne in the room with a little note and they did just so. The breakfast the next day was lovely to. 10/10 I’d say. Thankyou guys. Connor dawson
