Surrounded by beautiful South Downs hills, the pretty gardens of this converted Tudor house are secluded by tall trees. The hotel on the outskirts of West Chiltington, a charming village boasting 3 vineyards where award-winning wine is produced.

This stay was like having found a precious stone Absolutely wonderful interior, a great music selection playing in the background of the bar. The food was “the real deal” and sticks out. The sleep was one of the best I had on my travels, the room was exceptionally well designed and decorated, with a lot of care for details like placement of switches, etc The friendliness of the hotel staff was outstanding too I felt taken care of my needs before I even had to ask. Five Stars from me !

Very nice location. The most comfortable bed and pillows ever. Very nice water pressure in the bathroom. The hosts are a very nice and welcoming couple. Very friendly. Everything looked clean and the breakfast room was very beautiful. I would stay again and recommend to friends.

Breakfast was a good selection continental breakfast, with an abundance of food. Excellent value (included in room rate), and perfect for the start of the day. Only drawback is that service finishes at 9.00am, so if you are a late riser you may miss out. The room that we were allocated was an upgrade from the luxury room that we booked, and it was truly superb. All in all we would thoroughly recommend Roundabout Hotel to friends, family, and all.

Old charming property. Very comfortable. Everything I required. Quiet. Lovely location. Staff were friendly and attentive, but not too attentive so as to make me feel uncomfortable. The hotel and staff made it all feel quite homely, so I felt comfortable enough to relax each evening after a stressful day of visiting my poorly elderly aunt in hospital

The cottage was charming and the gardens were beautiful. We ate our lunch under the canopy of the trees and spent one enjoyable evening sitting outside on our patio with a bottle of wine. It was a lovely break.

The Hay Loft is the attic of a converted barn. It has been converted very tastefully with guest comfort in mind. Very comfortable bed, compact but complete kitchen and a nice modern bathroom. Accommodation is away from any kind of disturbance and is a lovely quiet and cosy place to spend a very relaxing few days. Host was excellent, sort out the apartment for us at very short notice.
