Trampolines are featured. Beautifully maintained and decorated - the place was exceptionally clean and organized. The staff were helpful and let us stay past checkout as we arrived late from a tour. Breakfast was spectacular and even and live music. On top of everything it’s located close to everything important in Baños and had its own power generator (since ecuador is experiencing outages). Would recommend to anyone!

Quaint place. Lovely terrace. Room clean. Comfortable mattress. It was convenient to have tour operator recommendations. Close to thermal pools.
We loved our stay! When we arrived we got an upgraded room with a nice terrace. The room was spacious and light. Bed was very comfortable and shower had a lot of hot water. Breakfast was great with eggs, fruits, croissant, juice and coffee. But the best part was people working in the hotel. They were extremely nice and welcoming making our stay wonderful
Just perfect! This lovely oasis sits just on the outside of town so you’re close enough to wander around Baños but far enough out to find some tranquility. Beautifully decorated throughout, a decent breakfast and a wonderful central courtyard with a few communal areas to relax in. Bathrooms have good ventilation also, so clothes and towels can dry properly.
The hotel is situated at the perfect location. It‘s close to the center but still outside enough for it to be nice and quiet. The staff was very friendly. Our tv didn‘t work the first night so they upgraded us to their nicest suite on the top floor, which was amazing! The jacuzzi in the room worked perfectly. The breakfast was good. There is a great Italian restaurant just down the road which is a must to try out.
The staff were lovely and very helpful. The hotel is very clean. It has a lovely relaxing vibe to the place. Showers were hot and powerful - great. WiFi was excellent. It is slightly out of town, about 5 mins up a steep hill. Making it as quiet as you are likely to find in Ecuador (not a quiet country)
We had a lovely lazy time here taking time out from a frenetic travel schedule. The views are absolutely amazing and the room was really comfortable. Compared to some of the other places we had stayed, we found it all a little impersonal, aiming at the luxury market without providing that special element. The pools are great to enjoy for a day but are a little small for much longer. For the price, the breakfast and dinner was nice but not memory making.
Lovely room, very hot shower and only slightly out of town. Lovely garden to relax in with views of the mountains. Fabricio and his family were extremely nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if I returned to Baños
