Lovely helpful and friendly front desk staff. All of them were great. Large clean rooms. Didn’t eat at the hotel but called in the bar one night just for a scotch on the rocks - which came with complimentary savouries, sweets, and dark chocolate pieces making it really good value. Best thing though were the front desk staff. These guys make a difference and should be rewarded/ applauded

So disappointed. The reviews speak of a lovely restaurant but it is a separate business and was closed. There is no bar! The vending machine had only water and carbonated drinks, to even get a coffee or tea was a one off mission involving a mobile phone call and eventually being given a cup of hot water and a tea bag. The 'hotel' is quite remote and having arrived after a 6 hour drive we really didn't want to have to drive into town to eat.
On the plus side it is an interesting building but it is NOT an hotel at best it's a bed and breakfast which was also very basic.

Apartment is in a great location for exploring Parma. It’s been beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bed is great with plenty of pillows and cushions. The communication with the host before arrival is excellent and the self check in works brilliantly. The car park is a 5 min walk away and costs €12 per day. The host kindly left a small bottle of wine which is a lovely touch.

Authentic and romantic Hotel at just a 10 minute walk from the heart of Parma. Spacious rooms with fabulous air conditioning. The restaurant that overlooks the inside garden was just perfect after a hot long day walking and the maitre d'hotel made our stay memorable.
We made the reservation thru booking Luxury 1 al Duomo di Parma. This room is on a very tradicional building, super cool. The bathroom is so romantic ! And it has 2 showers hihi and is always so warm :) so cozy.
Couldn’t believe how close we were to the train station - only about 8 minutes walk, dragging our bags of course. Yet only another 5-10 mins from the most important historic places. Got a lovely room with a view of La Pilotta which I had requested. The room is so pretty with beautiful furniture, felt like luxury! Staff were really friendly and helpful. would certainly recommend to anyone travelling by train and wanting somewhere really nice to stay.
We loved it! The location is excellent and a short walk via a lovely shady park to the city centre.
The breakfast was delicious with so much choice, the staff were very friendly and helpful and we had a beautiful spacious room on an upgrade to gold.

We’ll definitely return to Parma. There is a lot more to explore!
This hotel is in a fantastic location right in the heart of Parma. We had a great welcome from Pier Luigi, who did our check in and offered us a free upgrade to our room!! It was lovely to have the extra space in our room.
