We loved this hotel. The room was beautiful, comfortable and so clean. Continental breakfast was delicious.
The best thing about the hotel is the staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Late self check in was very easy and someone was at the reception desk the next morning and was so helpful.
Housekeeping were excellent and would service the room whilst we were at breakfast and the chap who prepared and served breakfast single handed was great. Even preparing a tray for me have in my room when I wasn’t feeling well one morning.
The location is excellent and Parma is a lovely place to visit

Quite a mid walk, around 15-20min to get to the old town of Parma.
Very nice hotel, 2 minutes walk from Parma train station, room is clean and the mattress is very comfortable. Excellent bathroom and shower. The location is top: 5 -10 minutes to the city centre and the shopping areas.
It’s okay for an overnight stay in Parma. We stayed in a superior double room which is located in another building 500m away from the main hotel. However, it’s easy to reach the city center by foot. The Parma train station is a 20min walk away.
The room was clean but the water from the tap was salty.
You can leave your luggage in the main hotel until check-in time.
Close to the city centre and the Duomo on a quiet street, the property can be reached on bus numbers 21 and 23 from the Parma train station, €1,50 per ticket. Nearby is the famous La Romana gelateria, a local institution. Also not far from the Barilla centre (a shopping complex) the U2 supermarket. All in all, very convenient. Elena was very quick to dispense all the necessary information.
