Absolutely everything, view, breakfast and pool were all perfect. Monika was such a welcoming host and all of her staff were so nice! We did not have a car with us so had to walk down to the town for the evening which was no problem for us. You can get a 15/20 euro taxi back up or walk back up which is quite a hike but once you're at the accomodation you completely forget the walk when you're swimming in the pool. The room was so much better than the pictures and waking up to the mountain view every morning is an unforgettable experience. Thanks again and we will hopefully be back.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice hotel. Beautiful view. Malcesine (beautiful small Italian town) is 5km away. Can be done on foot, by bike, by car or using a tourist bus for 1.5. Plenty of activities around Lake Garda. Room is very comfortable, the noise from the busy road below is well isolated. Tasty breakfast. If you are lucky you will get one perfect tiramisu.

The place was simply perfect. I can’t stress this enough. The views are nothing short of amazing - Lake Garda at its finest. Mountains, olive trees, blue lake and amazing skies. Add onto this the best staff we’ve encountered probably anywhere in the world - from reception to the food service - we wanted to specifically mention Michele who went out of his way to treat us perfectly, even heading out by bicycle to ensure we have our drinks (didn’t even have to ask). The facilities are modern, everything worked and felt brand new. The Spa contains a steam room, 2 different temperature saunas, 2 different pools with thermal salts, a Jacuzzi, salt sauna, Infra red saunas, 2 amazing roof tops and much more. This place accommodated our every need, and we will surely return here - next time directly and for twice as long. We haven’t even left the property yet and we already miss this place. Location, facilities, beach, view of the lake, friendly staff, awesome owner. A balcony shade and a light on the room was not working, the owner sent us a bottle of Prosecco for our trouble. They fixed the light right away.
