Hostess was wonderful. She was so welcoming. She gave us good restaurant recommendations and directions. We had private parking, which was great, since it was a residential neighborhood and parking was limited on the street. The room was quiet and clean. She secured breakfast for us early as we had a flight earlier than normal. She even helped me with my basic Italian. I would stay here again. Airport was only ten minutes away. Grazie mille!

Whole apartment is just short ride from airport. Occasional airplane takeoffs/landings could be heard but none woke us up at night. Kitchen area had fridge and stove. Large bathroom and shower. Quiet, safe, private gated area with cottage units surrounding inner courtyard. Courtyard tastefully decorated for Christmas season. Comfy (queen) bed, extra pillows and blankets in wardrobe closet for use if needed. Comfy heater (was chilly outside) in bedroom, probably is also A/C when hot out. Mediterranean beaches a couple blocks walk for summers. Hosts arranged pay shuttle service (20eu trip) from FCO Airport. Helped me load my mobility scooter into van. Ran by scooter to supermarket 10 min walk to top of neighborhood. Minor bumps here and there, minimal sidewalks on road and no wheelchair cuts but road was ok and only occasional cars Sunday on one way road. Hosts provided nice small breakfast items, milk, cereal, juice, pastries, yogurt, coffee maker, coffee packets and latte warmer. Hosts Laura and Lori very friendly and responsive. Convenient Whatsapp availability was provided by host and was usable via provided WiFi. Got emails, watched Netflix. Nice big modern TV in bedroom. Great place to adapt to local time after long flights in from the US. Proximal to airport where trains leave every 20 min to Rome Termini (19eu pp). Explore Rome from here and enjoy beach also in summers. We will stay here when we visit Rome again.

The property was very convenient for me as I needed to be near the airport. It was perfectly clean and had all facilities needed. The owner (I forget his name) was extremely welcoming and made me feel very safe (as a female solo traveler). He ensured I arrived safely and also booked me a taxi for early in the morning. Would definitely stay again!!!!
