He went the extra mile to bring my camera to the city center when I accidentally left it in my room so that I could be on time to a tour. The room is large and he is very flexible with the checkout time if the next guest is arriving late. At the end, he gave a little handmade souvenir made by his mother- staying here was definitely a highlight of my South America trip!
