This is a very nice hotel. Although make sure you book see facing room , as so called city view rooms face the carpark and garbage bins. Lovely lobby and adjoins sitting room. Nicely appointed rooms in all natural hues.

Very interesting architecture of the hotel, big comfortable room with modern bathroom (even floor heating). Breakfast was nice. Location is good, just short distance from town, 5min with car. Staff was extremely nice and helpful, specially Marcelo who helped us in urgent situation. There is parking in front of the hotel. Would definitely reccomend.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was good. The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. The location was great.

Perfect stay at Treehouse Patagonia. Very comfortable room, lovely staff and amazing breakfast, which we were able to take even earlier than the official time as we were leaving to the W trek!
We stayed before and after the trek; and it was ideal as they kept our big bags in lockers, and there was a washing machine we could use.

This was our best stay in Chile by far .Christina and Carlos have a lovely house in a lovely location and by the end of our three day stay it felt like we were staying with friends instead of hosts . It is a pity we couldn't have stayed longer. Relaxing and comfortable , the towels for example were the best quality I've used in a long time. Information about activities and restaurants were especially useful with the superb local restaurant one of the most unusual I've ever seen.
This was the loveliest hostel I've ever stayed at! Supercosy interior, friendly staff, good location, lovely garden including a garden cat, nice music. The atmosphere was very personal and relaxed.
Our Host Javier was very welcoming. In a perfect and secure location. The cabin was big enough, comfortable bed. The jacuzzi was a perfect treat after a day of hiking to relax down with perfect views. Super clean. I would recommend this place and would come back again.
The staff were fantastic. Very helpful and accommodating. We were upgraded to a bay view which was nice. The lounge area is fantastic for relaxing and also having a couple drinks after a long day. It has a restoration hardware vibe going with a great view of the bay. The breakfast buffet has a nice selection and a great view!
Amazing place to stay! Lovely hosts. Great breakfasts. Very clean! Rooms are so comfortable. And the fire place in the common area is so nice to relax next to. Free luggage storage while you hike and a place to hang up wet gear to dry after you finish.
Really lovely place, we had to leave early for buses and the owner got up early to make breakfast for us. The room was clean and the common space was nice to relax in. They also offered to store our luggage for us while we were trekking.
Good for a couple or small family with small children. Good for solo person. Has everything you need for cooking and a lovely bathroom. The host is lovely. Walking distance to the bus station for Torres del Paine. I can highly recommend staying here before and after the trek. You will feel relaxed and have a good sleep. They have Netflix too haha
