Spent a night at the St. Regis in celebration of my partner’s birthday and my experience felt like home. The staff were extremely welcoming which made the check in/out process easy. The cleanliness of the room was amazing; I loved the details and design of the guest room we stayed in, in addition to the lovely downtown Toronto view. Not only this but the butler team at the St. Regis is exceptionally great. Sherick, went above and beyond my expectations, which made my experience even better. Moreover, the service we received at the Iridium SPA and at Louix Louis was wonderful, I recommend the breakfast at this restaurant.

We were allocated a superior corner room with a beautiful view of the harbour and Toronto Islands which made our 10th anniversary extra special. The outdoor pool and sun terrace were an added bonus considering the Toronto heatwave on our arrival!
