I love guesthouses/bnbs/hotels like this: a great location that gives you a sense of actual neighborhood life where you are visiting, incredible aesthetics and attention to detail, chill vibes coming and going like you rented an apartment without all the pomp and circumstance of a formal hotel. Also, being on the 505 trolley was so convenient, I could take it into the city and transfer to the subway or take it out to West Dundas/Bloor and get the UP express train to/from the airport. Plus Dundas Street ended up being my fav commercial stretch versus the parallel drags like College or Queen Street. Also, I had the room that overlooked the street, that window is awesome, and the thumps of the trolley car as it passes sounds like heartbeats. 1000% will be staying here again if I end up in Toronto another time.

The location is perfect to explore downtown Toronto, by metro, public transportation, or by walking. Staff were friendly and directed us as to where to park our vehicle prior to checking in. This reservation was booked 6months ago and I was worried there would be issues (after reading the previous customer review when he lost the reservation) however there was no issues with the booking. I am very satisfied with the stay, comfy Queen bed in a private room, clean room and bathroom, worth the asking price for accommodation. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Toronto!
