That it was too private lol nothing that i didn’t like about it my wife and I had a great stay!

Everything was 5 stars! The property was exceptionally clean, we felt like the place was all to ourselves. Private beach and the staff was amazing!

The resort itself is huge so getting around can be challenging especially in the heat however they have buggy cars that will come and pick you up upon request.

Everything was fantastic. The breakfast was plentiful and offered many options. The room was spacious and offered it's own pool.

There are 4 restaurants on the island that are not in the Harbour. Unfortunately the Korean and Italian restaurants were pretty ordinary. The Vietnamese and Chinese restaurants were superb. The service from staff anywhere you go was exceptional.

Not overly child friendly. The pool is too deep. The shallow section is pretty small. House keeping waking us up around 8 something.

The equipment in the room is a bit degraded. The instruction from the check-in staff on the land was not clear and it took us a lot of time to find a way to the car that took us from the harbour to the hotel

The cable car infrastructure, I didn't feel safe compared to the one in Phu Quoc island.

Our shower seemed to lack hot water and the private pool possibly had too many chemicals in it. Would have loved to see a happy hour advertised but all in all was an awesome stay.

Beautiful huge property with amazing staff. Steve, Henry and Danny were all incredibly helpful and kind. We got a room upgrade for our honeymoon and for my partner’s birthday and they left us a cake as well. Enormous communal pool as well as a lovely private pool. Multitudes of free water and a fair price for the stay, especially as it included entry to the VinWonders park as well as commutes there and back.

Very comfortable hotel in a quiet, serene setting. Huge beautiful pool and stunning white sand beaches. Seafood dishes were amazing and the Wave Bar is an excellent place for evening drinks.

Food was poor for a 5 star resort and there was alot of construction working going on. Also the vinpearl wonders was a little run down and overpriced. Wasn't much opened.

Would like to have more options to eat (only 1 restaurant with 2 menus) but you can visit other hotels for food as well.

The hotel is far away from the mainland so we were able to have complete privacy. Quiet and clean with a private beach (no trash) and a nice spacious pool. The spa was very good so highly recommended for those staying. Also good to know they provide free transport from the pier (mainland) to the hotel.

The construction noise. I understand you need to improve and change, but you should restrict the noisy work to 9:00 - 5:00 window. I could have given a rating 10/10 if the noise pollution was controlled.

Breakfast is excellent with many variety to choose, especially the noodle soup.

It is the perfect destination for a luxury vacation. We stayed at the beach view villa and we literally had the whole beach to ourselves. They were very kind to cater to our special request for vegetarian food and also the availability of Indian cuisine. We had one of the best spa experience ever with the sounds of ocean waves and the wind, it was truly magical. We would like to mention one of the staff members, Le Thanh Dien who offered to do our photoshoot on the beach since we went on our honeymoon. The hospitality was par excellence.. we would recommend this property to everyone.

The seafood restaurant was the thing that was not to my liking. In a place like this, there needs to be more variety and better food options since there are only 2 restaurants on the property. The seafood restaurant was a let down. it was also very expensive.

The entire stay was amazing! The comfort and the entire experience of the place was beyond what words can describe. I would like to personally thank Mr Khao, a staff who was wholesome and amazing and brimming with positivity! The food was tasty, the place was mind blowing, the spa was awesome. Overall wholesome and wonderful!

location is great, access by boat and feel having our own private beach is great. very relax place. the spa is superbly situated on stilt houses on the beach

Unless we misunderstood something, the only restaurant in the hotel served sea food only and it was too much of "fine dining" for our taste, so we ended up doing room service most of the time. Even if the room service was really tasty and well-priced, it would have been nicer to eat in some restaurant. (I would give 9/10 because of this, but I did read in another review that there is another restaurant which is currently undergoing renovation. So hopefully this will be back soon.) A minor point, but before going there, it wasn't directly obvious where to go for check-in on the main-land and to get to the boat to the island. (Google maps shows two boat routes to the island.)

The spa was outstanding. Getting massage next to the sea while hearing the waves rolling in just next to you - too good! The massage therapists were great - when one of us had a headache one day, they immediately picked up on it and offered a specialized massage. The other staff of the spa were also top-notch and made sure me and my partner could use one of the sauna/jacuzzi facilities by ourselves. The spa gets a clear 10/10. Pool and beach are very nice and relaxing areas. As for the gym, the equipment was okay; staff great; location and view fantastic. The room we stayed did not feel brand new, but everything was in good shape. Comfortable bed and seating. Decent desk for doing some work. Good shower. There was some miscommunication (our fault) when we ordered room service one time, but the staff very gracefully let us get away with our mistake of ordering four pastas instead of one. :) Breakfast buffet was tasty and with a good selection. We tended to eat the western dishes, but there were also Vietnamese/Korean-style. It was very pleasant to have breakfast outdoors next to the pool. We had also asked the hotel to organise our transfer to the airport, and this was handled very smoothly without feeling too expensive. Normally this would have been a major headache for me, but now we were able to relax completely during our last day. Since we had to check-out before breakfast due to an early flight, the hotel also had prepared a good take-away breakfast for us. Although the hotel is on the expensive side, I went away thinking it was definitely worth it. The staff treated us beyond well, and we enjoyed three extremely relaxing days.
