The stay at hoianese Heritage Hotel was amazing. Helen gave us good tips regarding restaurants and shopping in the old town. The free walking tour was amazing aswell!

The place and the host were great. This hotel is very near to the ancient town, only few mins of walking. The room is clean and comfortable. The host, Helen and Mia, are exceptionally friendly and supportive. Before checking in, they gave me a flyer including all the recommended places for visiting and food. And after I checked out, they also gave me little gifts as a thank. Truly a very pleasant stay

We were immediately so happy about the location, right next to old town! At check in the most lovely girl Helen walked us through an incredibly helpful guide/map of all the foods to try and the best places to try them, all the tour options, all the things to do, the best tailors to go to etc. We did/tried many of her suggestions and they were all amazing! The hotel and rooms were beautiful and beds were firmer but comfy, great value for the incredibly affordable price. We did the marble mountains tour and Helen joined us and by the end of our stay we were good friends with her! The other receptionist who helped us out, Min, was also exceptionally lovely! We will absolutely be back the next time we are in Hoi An!

My first Vietnamese welcome & it couldn’t get any better. Helen & team went above and beyond to make it a great stay for me. The interior design, cleanliness, communication & thoughtful personalisation was just about perfect. I spent my birthday here and surely it was the best possible experience.

Wardrobe was a little dusty

Staff (Helen & Min) were friendly and gave lots of good local recommendations (tailors, food, activities). Room was clean and had nice theme which fit in with the ancient city. Location was good and close to Hoi An Old Town. Hotel has a free walking tour (3 hour tour) and the tour guide Cindy was friendly and knowledgeable. Staff will assist in arranging any activities you want. We did the Hai Van Pass which required them engaging a motorcycle rental company, sending our luggages to our destination in Hue.

When other guests are being noisy/rude, you can hear it from the room. It is not the hotel fault, last night/early morning there were some noisy people but, as I said, it is up to them because they are being rude talking loudly at 6am or even earlier. I just point this out in case there are very light sleepers.

Everything was amazing. Helen and Ming (I hope I wrote it right) are lovely ladies. Also the cleaning lady/the one who prepares breakfast is lovely. The hotel is clean, the room and the bed are comfy. The hotel provides a lot of support to tourists like running their own free tour to the old city (which I didn't join) and organizing transfers, giving you tips via WhatsApp and so on. I honestly can not fault anything. Also, the location is great, 5 minutes walk to the old town and right next door to an amazing museum about the clothing and traditions of the 54 etnic groups living in Vietnam (which is free to enter).

The location was right in the middle of ancient town making everything 5-10 minute walk. Min (receptionist) was so friendly and caring, she welcomed us straight away and gave recommendations for tours/areas/food/money exchange. Min even helped organise getting a forgotten bag to us at our next location 😂 We love Min!

The hotel is in a good location, a short walk to the ancient town. Staffs are very friendly. It’s good that they offer a free walking tour. Overall, we had a pleasure stay in the hotel. Will definitely rebook when we come back to Hoi An

Second time I’ve stayed here while visiting Hoi An. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of the ancient town. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. They offer many different tours and a lot of information for while you’re staying in Hoi An. Also the breakfast is really good!

Convenient centrally located hotel, but in a quiet area. Very kind and friendly staff, the receptionists Helen and Emma were very helpful and shared a lot of advices about the activities and local things. Highly recommend!
