Spent a few nights here and must saythat I have never seen a hotel that works so hard to make sure that you enjoy your stay. Kien who works at reception is such a nice guy who helped me out on several occasions, particularly when I lost my phone (my fault ) and he was able to get it back for me. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean and has the modern facilities one would expect. It may not be the Ritz but they more than make up for it with their dedication to their guests. Other hotels could learn from these guys. Highly recommended !!!!

Gym is overrated and the bar and restaurant were closed, disappointing.

Location and size of room. Our flight was late however check-in wasn't a problem staff very friendly and helpful. Good location 300 meters from Ben Thanh market & good shopping centers. Excellent location close to the Ben Thanh market and Ben Viu walking street, Le Pasteur street and it is more like living in amongst local life. Excellent welcoming helpful staff. Sophia in particular who is the manager is outstanding with her lighting follow up, responses to queries and wise reliable recommendations. She is always checking to ensure you are comfortable. It was very very very hot and the pool was heavenly to use and such a great view. Highly recommend!

The mattress was soft and has squeaking sound when movement. No daily house keeping. Washer without dryer. Common bathroom water overflow when shower.

It was advertised as two large double beds, however one was a very small round bed. A bit difficult to fit a 6 foot man, also a bit of a pain having to go to the ground floor to then get to the rooftop pool.

Main benefits were the rooftop pool, location and having a washing machine! Would stay here again if we were to visit HCM city

Arrived and it was clear our apartment on the 12th floor was given to someone else, now placed on 5th floor for the same price. Had to wash the crockery before using, disinfected the bench tops. Washing machine had mould and the dryer filter full. Air conditioner needed servicing. Beds could feel the springs. Paid part cash (no receipt despite requests) and credit card (receipt received). Multiple messages sent via Booking.com as left behind items and had contact who could pick up-no response. Two weeks after leaving the premises there has been a change to the cost. Why? No response to my query yet again.

Happy with the location to tourist attractions when we found it. Known as One Saigon (on one street side)Tracy Ben Thanh Tower and signage says Ben Thanh Tower on the other street side. Pool looked good-unfortunately not enough time to experience.

We chose this as it had a 5 star rating through booking.com. But it was nothing like that. Our room had a window that didn’t quite close so the 2 air conditioners struggled to keep it cool. The one in the bedroom made a whiring noise every 20 mins then the water overflow from it would run down the inside of our shower. This was really annoying overnight and we had to turn it off due to keeping us awake (as well as the noise from the window). We had 2 towels for the shower (one was thin and small). No hand towels or soap in the bathroom. No tea towel in the kitchen. If you walked to the fridge you easily could hit your head on the extractor fan. Front desk staff really couldn’t speak English and we had very poor communication. They couldn’t tell me what level the pool was but sent me to the security guard. So the lift key cards don’t work for the pool. You have to go down to ground floor and ask the security guard to swipe the pool level access!! There were no pool towels (apparently we had to use our room towels - see previous comment on those!!). No shade at the pool. No bar. We (unsurprisingly) had it to ourselves. The furniture in the room was old and a little wonky. We got locked out of the building after 10pm unknowing it would be locked and there was another access (there was no information on anything in the room and not even a phone to reception). Wifi was specific to the room only. Definitely NOT 5 star. Not even close to 4.

HOWERVER, if you are a LIGHT SLEEPER this apartment maybe NOT FOR YOU - the building right next to it is host to a VERY NOISY SKYBAR WITH INSANE LOUD MUSIC SPEAKERS (The hotel blasts music until 24:00 (12:00PM) and it's near impossible to sleep before that - so if you are light sleeper, watch out).

The location is great and accessible to beer street and benh than market. The restaurants and coffee shops same street with apartment.
