The staff upgraded the room to Ocean view upon arrival and it made our vacation so special. All staffs were polite, kind and helpful. Breakfast was great, pool bar was amazing. Daily cleaning was done thoroughly. The property is also close to the Night Market.

The staff were exceptional helpful, friendly . Room was cleaned, location is very close to night market, restaurants after a long day from snorkelling and swimming you only want to get nice foods to eat and this is a perfect place.

Beautiful views of the beach and sunset and excellent pool area. The room was spacious, clean and well furnished, with thoughtful touches such as hats and tote bags for the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the concierge who helped us arrange day tours and transportation. We also appreciated the free airport transfers. Great location near the night market.

PolandSome minor elements could be improved, for example, the quality of breakfast - the Sunday breakfast seemed less fresh than on the other days. And coffee - they provided only with added sugar. When I asked for extra non-sugar coffee (I wanted to pay additionally), the staff gave me the lecture on how the coffee with sugar is better than the normal one... bizarre. Anyway, great stay, but sometimes you shouldn't treat your guests as idiots.
Very good swimming pool area and the hotel provides airport transfer. Comfy rooms and beds and really close to the port and night market. Very clean an cosy rooms.

It has a small beach just in front of it so you can choose the pool or the beach, they are just as closed. The breakfast was very good and it has a big variety of dishes. The food in general was very tasty there. The room was big and very nice decorated, also clean and had all the facilities mentioned on booking, pool and sea view from the room is amazing.

Stunning resort with small private beach that is next to Duong Dong. The biggest town there is. Rooms is spacious and the balcony views sunset. Phu Quoc night market is within 500 metres of the resort.

United StatesThe hotel policy was not flexible or at least try to accommodate your requests/needs. I had bad experience on my 1st night, got bed bugs bitten all over my body. Even though the staff had quickly remedy the problem but they should offer me a new room instead of spraying the bugs and let me stayed in the same room for the next night!

IndiaThe receptionist was racist. At the time of checkin, he asked for an additional 1 BN VND as deposit in case we use the minibar. We did not hear any other person to be asked to pay a deposit. The pool area was good, however the adjacent sea was full of seaweeds.

GermanyThe staff was very unfriendly and sometimes even rude to guests. The "take no towels from the pool-area" policy is stricly enforced by overzealous stafff. Does the hotel really think that guests that pay 100+ USD per night steal worn pool towels? None of this happened during my stay before, so I guess the staff training has regrettably deteriorated. Next time, I will choose a different hotel.
