Beautiful hotel in a perfect location as it was right on a lovely beach. It has a large swimming pool with an excellent pool bar. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had a wide range of foods catering for all needs. All staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Don't forget to bring a power plug adapter if you use flat type power plug (type A for US, MEX, CAN, JAPAN), it would be a very hard time to plug in. This hotel is the only one I have issue with power plug. I've been in 6 other hotels in Vietnam, never had any problem plugging my devices!

Spacious room. Very nice infinity pool. The beach is right at the doorstep. The night market is only 50m away. Our room (premium ocean view room) has a million dollars view to the beach!!! Love it!

The hotel was very crowded, too noisy for our taste. Our room was near the pool bar, so unfortunately the music got louder and louder as the day progressed. Breakfast was good, but to many people, so nothing was refilled fast enough. Very busy hotel.

Location was great, in the heart of the city, close to the night market, restaurants, shops, We ordered room service a few times, the food was great. Breakfast was also good, Pool was nice and big, not to many people were using it. Our junior suite was nice and spacious.

The location was super close to the night market which was great at night. The pool was incredible and we didn’t want to leave. Pool bar, music, breakfast buffet and staff are also top notch. 100% recommend to stay here if you want a well rounded, great experience in Phu Quoc!

The Seashells Phu Quoc Hotel & Spa is an excellent hotel, and a great choice for tourism, business, events and as a central location for island discovery. The hotel staff are the real asset here, and are all so friendly and helpful, and that goes from the restaurant to the front desk, cleaners and concierge. Having a great location in Phu Quoc town and still being on the beach, allows for an easy walk to the Night Market and the plethora of local restaurants in the vicinity. We visited mainly for a friends wedding, which the hotel catered for exceptionally well and made this special event even more special for everyone. Well done Seashells!!

some of the house keeping could have been better. also being harassed every morning to go to the buffet for dinner was annoying. Neither of these things detracted from the overall experience.

really great location, with good food, breakfast was great. Good sized room. really friendly helpful staff. We were staying with two young children and they were really helpful with this. The pool area is also wonderful!!
