Toilet paper is not stable and water can easily get soaked near the bathtub if you are not careful.

Could have a few more halal meat options but there was plenty of vegetarian and seafood.

Beautiful hotel, so clean with an amazing pool over looking the beach. Our ocean view room with king bed was fantastic! The hotel is also conveniently located close to many stores and night market. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Poolside service not great, normally had to track down a waiter/waitress. Little word of warning for sea bathers, I stood on a sea urchin close in to shore, very rare occurrence, but pretty painful, hotel staff promptly got me a clinic appointment, clinic was as clean and clinicians as professional as you'll find anywhere.

Exceptional, staff, facilities, cleanliness, location, all superb. Lovely pool area, furnished with flotation vests for poorer/non swimmers. Nice little length of (narrow) beach which staff clean up the small amount of litter which washes up on each tide. Excellent breakfast display, replenished regularly. Seems to be mainly Asian guests. All in all, pretty faultless.

The expectation of the sea was more than we got...beach not clean in front of the hotel...

Perhaps organise a cleaning of the beach in the morning as plastic bags and floating rubbish washes up, not the hotels fault , of course !

our room was great . the sunsets were fantastic [5th floor seaview] .Breakfast was good with a variety of dishes [european & asian] with plenty for everyone. Pool and beds were readily available along with towels . We had a complimentary foot massage [15 minutes] every day and the staff were very attentive.

Great location, big rooms with comfortable beds. Excellent buffet breakfast. Got 2 room cards issued so meant we could charge things and leave air con running. Couldn't at any other hotel on our trip.

Not enough lounges by the pool. Half pool decked area was closed off for painting so this was the reason!

Bed was a little hard

Large open spaces inside with quality finishes. Great location near markets and a short walk or $2 Grab to great local restaurants. Staff were excellent, so very helpful, friendly and immensely respectful. Located beside the beach, the pool was exceptional and offered the very best view of the amazing sunsets.

During our stay there was renovation works at some parts of the hotel. Sometimes it could be very noisy. We could not sleep because they started at early mornings around 08.00. After several complaints hotel management decided to do maintenance works after 10.00.

Everything was good: location, view from the hotel, food, service. Hotel has complimentary free airport transfer👍

Very limited number of sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach and pool.

Location near the night market and with many possibilities to go out. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of options
