Tidy little pad in the heart of old town

Nothing! My initial taxi dropped me off at the end of an alley and refused to go to the homestay, but the one that picked me up had no problem. If you're taking a car and a lot of luggage, ask the owners for the best road in (one is right off main road and easy!!!!)

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The host family is so sweet. Our room (203) was incredibly clean and comfortable. The AC blew cold, the bed was wonderful, and the room was mold-free! It is easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, hair salon, etc. The place was quiet and comfortable for sleeping. It was nice having a bistro table and chairs and a place to hang up our clothes, so the room was spacious. Good hot water, pressure, and shower head.

The owners were very kind. The homestay was close to the city centre (around 10 minutes on foot) but there many places (coffee shops, mini market, etc) near by. The room was spacious and clean. The establishment is located in a small street so you avoid the noise coming from the street. The owners arranged for us a car from and to the airport and even some last minute excursions.

The main issue was there were too many mosquitoes in the room. Otherwise the room and toilet was nice and clean. The placement of the TV made it completely unusable. Also there was no lift. This was not an issue for me but something for others to be aware of incase they cannot climb up stairs.

The location was the best and really good value for money. The balcony with the room was super nice as well. The staff was very sweet and helpful.

Very good situation, close to the old city, but also hidden in small alleys so it’s peaceful. The staff was very nice and helped us organise day trips and transfers.

The room was very spacious! Having the dining table was great so we could do some work comfortably. We didn't have an umbrella, so they let us borrow theirs the whole trip - so nice!!

Cute little homestay well located in Hanoi. The room was simple, yet spacious and clean, and had a little balcony with plants. Good water pressure in the shower. Staff is super friendly. Would book here again.

It was perfect.

Wonderful quiet and peaceful laneway and yet 20 yards to the old quarter center. My room was very spacious, with a large outdoor balcony surrounded by beautiful pot plants. My hosts were exceptionally kind and helpful and always smiled to say hello. Only five minutes walk to the lantern lit ancient city markets and waterfront.

Wonderful friendly hosts. Stayed 4 days here. Great base. Able to organise cheap drivers/trips if you need this. Kettle in room and Tea/coffee making facilities. Very comfortable room. Great location down a quiet neighbourhood alley, just off a main drag. Surrounded by delicious street food and coffee stalls. 10 -15 minutes walk to the river.

I absolutely loved my visit to Hoi An, thanks in large part to the the comfort of this homestay, and the warm welcome from the couple running it! I highly recommend, you will not regret it. The room is large and airy with a very comfortable bed and excellent shower. It’s located on a side alley (just behind a main road), so the noise level is much lower AND you feel like part of a neighborhood. But it’s easy to find and you’re just a block from the old city area. It’s also just steps from an excellent grocery store. The manager arranged tours and transportation to Danang for me too, all at a competitive rate. They were always available to help in anyway possible - thank you for a wonderful stay!
