Nice hotel with a beautiful view. But don't be fooled by the photographs - there is no territory at all. Beautiful green fields are the territory of a golf resort. And you can't walk there

The main pool had a lot of dirt, leaves and dead insects floating in it. The staff worked hard to keep it clean, but being outside in nature, it was a tough battle. The inside pool smelled strongly like mildew, so we didn't use that. Only other drawback is that the location is remote - that means if you don't drive there, you need to take a taxi or Grab, and sometimes you could be waiting for some time. However, it's remoteness is also part of its charm as it's very peaceful.

We travelled here for our honeymoon and had the best time. We did karaoke, room service, swimming, spa, dinning, and even booked tours through them. We loved our stay and wished we could have been there longer! I strongly urge you to consider this property before you head into central Dalat - it really was an amazing stay.

We were happy to see that there was a children's play area, but it was much smaller and less resourced than expected.

The view - surrounded by mountains, trees, and golf course - was wonderful. It was easy to drive into town as well. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. Having our choice of indoor or outdoor pool was great too. Overall a wonderful vacation.

Cleaning staff refused to provide any water bottles because we were checking out that day.

The shuttle bus timings could be a little spaced apart in the evening to allow sufficient time to go to a restaurant.

Beautiful views from the golf view rooms, a really peaceful place to relax. It is set out in the pine forested hills and far from Dalat city. Perfect if you want peace, not so much if you like to wander around the town. However there is a free shuttle bus.

The hotel is in a beautiful setting so it's a shame that you can't walk in the nearby pine forest. That's partly because of the hilly terrain, but also because the resort seems to prioritise its golf course, which guests are unable to walk too close to without paying a hefty fine

A comfortable stay with large, clean rooms. Plenty of options at breakfast and the massage at the spa was fantastic

Breakfast foods need improvement especially lettuces need to cut up to smaller pieces. Utensils, glassware are not readily available for guests. We have to ask for them everyday since they are keep running out. Food portions are tiny.

The room’s furniture is rather old. It has less grass-land for a stroll. The kids playroom is set up without care.

The hotel is very quiet because it is far the center. It also has pure air that suitable for relaxing. The staff are so nice and helpful.

need much more maintenance. we came to this property 5 years ago. it was perfect so brought us back this time. however, many things are broken in the room, but fixed in a cheap way. especially the hairdryer in the bathroom is lose. it could cause a life and safety issue.

We have issues with Hotel from Day 1. A/C only put out HEAT. Was too hot, They had to bring us a fan that made it hotter, then finally changed our room. Toilet leaked in back so we had to use a towel, then at room change they asked about towel? IF you drink Cafe, non local. this is not the place. Cafe was weak and not the best. Pools outdoors are cold but also had film over them , not to clean. Distance from Center is far, if you dont have car or use motor bike its long. Terracotta Hotel we used for Dinner and to go to was 15 min away and much newer and nicer! I would not stay in this hotel again. This was suppose to be 5 Star, I guess for the services its 5 star. But its very dated. We had a free TET Buffet the first night. Not known about this in advance. Most of food was good but most of it was pre cooked and not fresh. We limited the food in this hotel to only needed. I travel alot, and stay in hotels around the world. I would have expected this to be a 3 Star Hotel. And I would have accepted it. But not for the price. I am sure they will come back with some comments or reasons. But they Managers knew and really did nothing.

Location was private and great for Golf. Landscape was pretty. And staff tried best to accomodate you and cared.

The noise of the room next door. The room is not sound proof at all. The restaurant is not clean. The food is a disgrace.

there was nothing that inconvenienced me during my stay. Many might find it geographically challenging as the hotel is located pretty far away from downtown Da lat but the free shuttle bus service can solve that issue.

Scenery and material quality: The hotel’s design is also immaculate that fits well into the scenery and would immediately gives you a cozy, luxurious feeling. The materials you find in the hallway, in the rooms, from the door to the bathroom kits and facility, are all of high quality that make you question their affordable price range. The thickness of the door and the sound deadening materials being used in the structure work wonder in isolating unwanted noises from entering your room. Wherever you venture to in the hotel, from the main dining room to the lobby, you will be amazed with the combination between the hotel’s classic design and the greatness of nature, and there are plenty of spots for you to take picture or just relax. Staff quality: Swiss-belresort has so many excellent qualities, but perhaps their brightest area lies in the staff and service. The staff of the hotel are always very professional and polite, and they will truly listen to your smallest request and try their best to fulfill it. From the kitchen staff to the receptionists as well as the maids and janitors who are responsible for the room service and hotel maintenance, they all give you a great sense of top-notched service and a level of caring that not many 5-star hotels can provide. If you have a chance like me to sit down with a manager, you will be amazed to learn of how much work and effort went into the training and service, it demonstrates their dedication and determination in providing you the best experience during your stay. For instance, the hotel staff are always willing to introduce you to the best restaurants in town or attractions. More impressively, the service you receive does not stops there but also extend beyond as the hotel was extremely helpful in calling ahead and providing assistance, arrangements for my next destination in my cross-region traveling.
