The staff was absolutely amazing! We were there when the typhoon hit and the staff made sure we were comfortable. We needed a ride when grab was not available and this amazing young lady on the staff, called a taxi service and was able to get us one and we made our flight on time. I am truly grateful for our time here

Nothing really, all was great, the only inconvenient part was that during the weekend if you go on a tour they cannot drop you off back at the hotel because the streets are block, but at the same time is great to have the night markets so close to your hotel and still away from the crowd and the noise.

The Sunline Hotel has the perfect location in Hanoi old quarter. Very close to evefrything and still in a very quiet street. The Staff is amazing, supre kind and always ready to help beyond your expectations. the breakfast was good and it has some variations every day. Room was made everyday and the AC was working well and keep the room very comfortable in a very hot days while my stay in Hanoi, highly recommended if yoiu visit Hanoi.

Nice hotel with great location. Our room was a bit small but it was clean and fresh with big bed, really confortable. The breakfast was good, the staff were super friendly. If you need information about the train street, ask them. The location is great, lots of restaurants, shops, spas and everything near by. Could easily stay longer. Can higly recommend this hotel.

Coffee could have been better. Need to be a little bit more attentive to things that need fixing. EG batteries for the in room safe was neglected.

A very comfortable and well located hotel with very friendly and eager to help staff. A good choice of food for breakfast with friendly staff. The coffee was a little watered down, but overall well presented. Location is close to the Green Lake and plenty of restaurants to choose from.

The comfiest bed so far during our stay in Vietnam. We have extended our stay here. The staff are extremely helpful. Breakfast is served early which was good when we had an early tour. Our 130am check-in was not an issue neither was requesting an extension of our stay. Highly recommend. Facilities are first rate and walking distance to many sights. They can arrange transfers etc. Have lots of information at hand and even those city maps like most cities had before Google Maps! The map came in handy each time my old phone died and couldn't access maps.

I booked wrong with date and separated with 2 bookings (continuing period) Someone staff make me confused about they explanation with my booking (explain to the things that I know) and someone make mistake about overcharged room prices, anyway they revised to corrected in final. and once day night time the rains falling, i try to asking to borrow the umbrella from staff but seem like no one heard me
