You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

ThailandI imagine the balcony room is much better. Ours was not so great. In the bottom floor, no windows and soooo many mosquitoes.
The free bikes were good and super useful to explore Hoi An. The host was very kind, and the bed was spacious and very comfortable.

Sophia and her family are all so kind, and so helpful, helping me with everything that I needed and more! It’s a perfect distance by bike from the hustle and bustle of old town, close enough to get in easily, but far enough that it’s peaceful and quiet, tucked away in a residential neighbourhood.

It’s tucked away in a neighborhood just off a main road leading into old town. I personally loved being on the outer edge and biking to the rice fields/beach/quieter areas instead of being in the middle of the tourist hustle. Her husband’s airport car service was easy and a good price, and their laundry service was very professional. Would love to stay again.

The hospitality was top notch! Van (Sofia) is the sweetest hostess… she will help you with anything you need. She took me shopping, (strolling down the streets arm and arm), helped me ship a box home, gave me the names of restaurants, made me the best coffee, and even helped me repair the wheel on my suitcase. She is amazing 🤩 and grateful to call her a friend!

My husband & I spent 2 weeks here. The room was spacious & comfortable. Aircon worked well. Location was perfect for us, short walk to ancient town, close to restaurants, spas, & general stores. Van the owner made our holiday so easy & extremely memorable. she assisted with drivers, tours, trailers, motorbike & SIM cards all at a great price. Nothing seemed too much trouble, even bringing us iced coffee in the morning. Her family were always smiling. This place is exceptional value for money. We loved our stay here 💕

United StatesThe homestay is a bit of a walk from Old Town (20 min) but bicycles are available! I enjoyed being a bit removed from the busy area and didn’t mind the walk at all.
Sophia is an incredible host! She went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. The rooms were spacious/clean, and Sophia offered recommendations for local food and activities. When my friend and I got into a minor motorbike accident, Sophia and her husband kindly showed up and helped us return the bike. This is a great family business to support - I highly recommend!

Sophia is such a lovely host. Very kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me get a train ticket when everything was booked out due to vietnamese holidays. Thank you! The room was beautiful. The location is in a more quiet are about 20 minutes walk from the old town. To get back and forth faster you can also use the free bikes available. All in all one of my favorite places in Vietnam.

GermanySophia is a great host. We were warmly welcomed and had a perfect stay. We had a very clean room with a balcony. The homestay is in a quiet neighborhood and we could walk to the old quarter. It was a perfect place to come back to in the evening. We also rented a motorbike to go to the beach and to the city center (but you can also rent a bicycle).

They also organised pick up and drop off, which was cheaper and more convenient than booking a taxi or grab yourself. By far the best place I’ve stayed in Vietnam. Would highly recommend!
