We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

VietnamI like this hotel a lot. It's in a great location if you want to be in the center of things. It's very close to Old Quarter. The Staff is amazing. They are all so kind and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good and typical for hotels at this price range. The rooms are kind of basic but they are clean and everything worked well

I had a great experience at Skylark, a 4-star standard hotel with a pool on the 9th floor, very spacious rooms, and very enthusiastic staff. The hotel is located on Phan Dinh Phung Street, convenient for visiting Hanoi, and offers a buffet breakfast for around 100k.

NetherlandsSkylark Hotel gives me a sense of comfort, modernity, and perfection. The staff is very professional and friendly. The hotel is near the street, so quite convenient, one-way street but easy to get around, with a rooftop swimming pool, wide and beautiful view. The service at the hotel is very good. A/C was also in the room and a washer dryer which was why I booked it.
