The only negative was they they did not disclose that renovations were in progress, the bar area was closed and there was no spa as promoted. Soon this should be resolved but for the price of the room I was expecting these options.

The hotel is perfectly located in Hanoi! On a quiet street lined with great restaurants, shops , salons and a quick walk to many of Hanoi highlights. The street is also quiet and quaint. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious and provided lots of options.

Spa was not open for business yet when we arrived, which was not indicated on the site at the time of booking. They offered free transportation to a nearby sister Spa.

Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. They would go above and beyond to help us with our needs, even walked us 3 blocks to our taxi the day we left.

The only minor suggestion is that the policy of only 2 free bottles [350ml] of water a day needs to be revisited. At least free filtered water [if not bottled] should be provided, since drinking from the tap is not recommended.

The hotel is centrally located, rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Breakfast is also very tasty. Staff is wonderful and welcoming, we were very well taken care of. Definitely recommended.

Location is very strategic in the middle of shops and lake. Also what makes it so special is the people who work in it so professionally and friendly making sure guests experience is exceptional every single time. This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel and for sure not last. A special thank you to Justin, Taiyou, Amy and Nancy for taking a good care of us.

The staff were very attentive and proactive with their service. The hotel is in a perfect location in Old Town, near the lake and everything else needed. We were upgraded to a beautiful room without extra cost and the buffet breakfast was good.

Absolutely nothing.

The warm welcome, the kindness of the staff, the well appointed and comfortable room and of course the top location, just a few steps from the Hoan Kiem lake. If you do not want to go out again after a long day out, just eat at the hotel restaurant, the food was delicious! The travel partners the hotel uses for all our excursions (Ninh Binh/Tam Coc river, Sapa and Halong bay were so amazing) and transfers from/to the airport were top notch. A big thank you to everyone for making our stay so unforgettable l, we will be back.

We came for our honeymoon and could not ask for a more friendly staff and safe accomodation. We were really spoiled and helped with every aspect of our stay. This is my 2nd time at this amazing hotel and I highly recommend it .

A lovely decorated hotel with excellent staff. We were upgraded to a suite. The bed was comfortable and central location. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety catering for western and Asian cuisine. Easy walking distance to St Joesphs Cathedral, old town and the lake.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to Hoàn Kiếm lake and plenty of places to eat, drink and shop. From start to finish the staff we are excellent. Always happy to help and made sure everything was ok. Many thanks for Justin (the manager), Phoebe, Nancy and Milye for making our stay excellent. To be fair all of the staff were brilliant! The hotel itself was really nicely decorated and we found our room had all the facilities we needed and was very comfortable, clean and well maintained. We also arranged a 2 day trip to Nịnh Bình through the hotel which was fantastic. It was well organised and communication about the booking was excellent. All in all a wonderful stay and great value! Will definitely be back :)

The pool is missing, but it's not a fault

This hotel is absolutely amazing. New, clean and comfortable. The staff was absolutely faultless, the best we have experienced in Vietnam. Smiling, kind and funny (we laughed). The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The manager was also perfect and we got a parting gift which made us happy. We definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return. We were also pleased with the quality of the soundproofing.

The service here was second to none. Most amazing people very professional i wasnt expecting too much as my room was cheaper than most available in the area. No window but i dont mind that as you can get a good sleep. Im sure there are rooms with windows. Very Modern room with good WiFi. The room service was very tasty and good priced the breakfast had the perfect variety and was lovely with a great view. They dont charge 5 times the rate for Minibar items you can buy at local mart. Very close to many dining options and everything else the streets of Hanoi have to offer . Overall had an amazing experience and will be going back next time i am in the area.
