Everything about this hotel is near to perfect. The facilities was good, staff was nice, gym was great, plenty of delicious food on breakfast, beach was so clean and distance to theme park is less than 10min walking distance. Everything is good.

Dear Manager, I was staying along with my family of 11 adults and 2 kids in your villa no 6156 and room 705 from 30 th may 2024 till 2nd June 2024. My booking was done through booking.com with id no 4556594047 which included airport transfer for both times. On 1st evening we reminded Ms. Katherine who was at the hotel reception to book our transfer to airport for 5 am on the morining of 2 nd June. But there was no transport ready when we reached the reception. Upon our request for the transfer the hotel receptionist Ms. Thao and other security staff misbehaved with us telling us to keep quiet and touching us. We requested then to call a cab for us which we would pay but they did not call for that. After much delay of about an hour they gave us a mini van which was very small to accomodate 13 people with baggage. Somehow we kept the baggage in our laps and managed to reach the airport very late and almost missed our flight. All this must have been recorded by your cc tv camera which you can check. We will not tolerate such carelessness and disrespectful behavior on part of your staff after paying a huge amount of around $1500. I have aready raised a complaint ( no. 573668437) for which i have not received any response.Kindly look into the matter and compensate me for the same. Thank you Malchand Dugar

They never put the right number of towels in our room. The staff cannot provide some information about where to rent a car.

wifi was really bad in the rooms. If i needed internet access i had to go down to the lobby. Shower was leaking in between the door and wall, so the floors in the bathroom after the shower were slippery.

it was peaceful. Beach access and pool were superb. Buffet was excellent.

The location is fairly remote, 45 mins from the airport and 20 mins to the nearest village. Although the staff were lovely, language is an issue - even at reception and the concierge - so had to use Google translate a lot (though this was synonymous with all of phu quoc it seems).

We stayed in a 4 bedroom ocean front villa, which was absolutely beautiful. It was extremely large, clean, and well-appointed. The private pool and beach were also fabulous.

The pool area food and beverage order would take 40 minutes+ to arrive once order was placed using their QR code mobile ordering system. Definitely a glitch there, every single order had to be followed up and would eventually arrive taking an average of 45-60 mins for us to receive food or beverage, also was expensive compared to the rest of Vietnam a hamburger was approximately $22 AUD without a side of fries.
