Two things that stop me from rating my stay a 10: 1. I booked a villa for 4 pax, but 2 of us were arriving on a different date. I contacted the hotel in advance to see if they could arrange shuttle service pick-up at the airport twice. I was assured that's not a problem and that all 4 guests (2+2) would get transfered. Upon check-in I asked if that's still the case that the other 2 guests will receive shuttle service, the receptionist suggested I fill in the form again and everything would be fine. So I did fill in the form, but on the next day, the day the other 2 guests were arriving, I got an email saying that unfortunately the hotel could not arrange shuttle service for them because they had already arranged it for 2 of us. Even though the hotel expressed their apologies for the inconvinience I was shocked! I had to go to the reception and figure out what was going on. Why aren't they keeping the previous agreements? Thankfully after some debate the manager came out and helped resolve the situation. In the end they agreed to arrange transfer, but it did cost some nerves. I mean, if they said from the very beginning that they provide transfer only once per room — no problem, we could arrange something on our own. But instead at first they assure me that everything will be fine, and then, when the other 2 guests are mid-flight, they change the rules. Come on, that's not a 5-star level of service 2. A rather minor inconvenience but there are no hooks or hangers in the showers near the pool

The location, it is really far away from the real towns we also stayed in the south close to the aiport and liked it there much more, however if you want to chill only on the beach or visit attractions in the north, then the hotel will be perfect for you, we also had a jellyfish in the sea but they only came once in the late afternoon/evening

The room looked like on pics, hotel was huge, breakfast was amazing, pool and beach were great, staff amazing as well, the hotel has a shuttle bus to/from the airport just be aware that it runs every 2 hours and it is 45-60min drive, the bus schedule didn’t suit us on the way to the airport because of our early flight, so the hotel called us taxi, there is a bus going to the main attraction in the north, from grand world there is a bus running to the south, grab and taxis are also available.

Swimming pool is very good. And, the restaurant is very good. The villa is also very nice.

No local restaurants nearby as the shops in Vinworld are all emptied.

The hotel is exceptional with friendly staff. The beach and swimming is excellent. Location is a bit remote however it is what the doctor had ordered, a place to relax and a nice retreat.
