Great hotel in the MyAn neighbourhood, one block from the beach. Decent size room with a good sized desk for laptop time and wardrobe for storage/clothes. Good bathroom and large shower. Breakfast has many options, and local neighbourhood has many excellent restaurants, bars and various supermarkets. All staff have been brilliant, friendly and always available to answer any questions.

What a wonderful hotel! We stayed for 2 nights and loved our time here The location is ideal in proximity to the beach (a 2 minute walk away), lots of cafes and mart shops nearby too Gorgeous pool and rooftop area, with a fantastic view of the city and beach The staff were very kind and assisted us with our bags upon arrival and departure! We would absolutely stay here again

Great variety of breakfast that changed a little everyday. Clean spacious room and hotel facilities. Cute rooftop with swimming pool, enough sun beds, and pool towel provided. Friendly staff that was always ready to help with any questions and always the door for me. Close to beach, restaurants, spas. Ticked all the boxes I was looking for my stay in Da Nang. Highly recommend!

Buffet breakfast with a good variety was very helpful for families with kids like us. It has options that the kids will eat and save us headaches on what to eat especially on days that we needed to start our journey early in the morning. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We really appreciated the late night check in (we arrived at 2 o’clock in the morning) and even though the room was not super big it was perfect for our purpose. South KoreaThe rooms were slightly different than what was shown in the photos, I thought it would be a little bigger for a three person room. Also, there is really loud noise during nighttime, not sure if it came from the bar across the street or the cafe but every night was karaoke night with people singing really loudly!
The location of the hotel was really nice, it was near the beach (a 3 minute walk1) and there were a lot of coffee shops & restaurant around the area! The staff was absolutely amazing. They were very attentive, kind, and super friendly. Always greeting us whenever we entered or left the hotel. They met all our requests very quickly. The staff alone here would make me want to visit again!

AustraliaBreakfast! They shouldn't offer it as it has taken their score down. We came down an hour before breakfast should finish and asked for some more baguette as the offerings there were dry and only 3 pieces and they said they didn't have any more. The rest of breakfast was tragic!
The staff are so lovely at this hotel. The rooms was very spacious compared to others we stayed at and the shower was excellent. For swimmers, the pool is just big enough to swim laps (I reckon about 12m in length) and I managed to get it to myself if I went earlyish in the morning - if you don't get it to yourself then you won't be able to swim. Location is good, close to beach and lots of places to eat and drink around you. The staff in particular were excellent.

IraqThe hotel is not soundproof at all, and Vietnam is not exactly a quiet place, especially for light sleepers like myself. Be prepared for people roaming the streets past midnight, selling dumplings using megaphones and such. Some of the guests can be very noisy in the morning, so if you're planning to sleep in, you might have to deal with some noise. In Vietnam, the sockets are two-pin, so make sure you have a universal travel adapter with you. If not, you can simply go to the lobby and ask one of the staff for an adapter; they will lend you one. Since the hotel is old, you might notice some mold. The cleanliness of the bathrooms, for example, is not the best or very thorough, but it doesn't mean they are dirty; they just need more attention to detail. Additionally, the breakfast could offer more variety.
Firstly I want to start by singing praise to how amazing the service at the hotel was. Wendy and Alana were incredibly friendly, helpful, and honest, and they went out of their way to make my stay and city tour so much easier. They provided real advice and tips that made everything a piece of cake. The hotel also offers a reasonably priced laundry service. The location is fantastic, with everything you need nearby, from restaurants and the beach to massage parlours and a convenience store. I can't stop praising the wonderful service of the staff, especially Wendy and Alana. Great job, ladies!
