One of the staff (young girl)in the reception was too stick. I am not sure about what can ne offered to the guest as a compliment but as I saw in a lot of review many hotels offer complimentary breakfast for those who stay for 3 nights and more and even early check in. I booked for 3 nights and paid for early check in and when I asked about breakfast there was hard NO. The same for late check out. And when I came finally to pay for late check out (3 hours for 930 000 dong) other young man offer complimentary late check out till 2 pm and I was really grateful. Unfortunately or not I don't know names but this situation itself was not that pleasant. Pool closes at 8pm though I saw somewhere it closes at 10. No any water slide in the pool. Steak restaurant on the hotel is expensive and not worth it for this price.

Overall Phu Quoc Pullman is cleand and cozy. Room view is very nice with pool and sea view. Pizza is very good as wall as the burger. However when we ordered room service at 11 am we waited our order almost 30 minutes. Pool is gorgeous and kids liked the bubble party at Saturday afternoon though after almost whole canister of bubble making liquid was released to the pool I personally felt very uncomfortable. Also kids liked the kids club. We tried pottery painting, face (hand) painting, treasure seeking, mosaic making and etc. Free airport shuttle is very convenient. Sonali market is 4 minutes away with lots of massage and fruit shops and few restaurants. KingKong mart is 25 minutes away Airport is 10-15 minutes away.

Air con not working correctly 1st night but fixed at once when told the staff

The room was amazing, deluxe king room with sea view. Fantastic views of the sunset and amazing bath and shower. Loved the free shuttles to small market and duong dong daily and there is a buggy takes you to the local shop and restaurant , walking distance but helpful if carrying essentials that are cheaper than the hotel. The pool and beach areas are fabulous and the breakfast has lots of choices and amazing food . Definitely be back.

Service was a tad slower than expected however, we do understand this was during peak Christmas season.

Stunning resort right on the beach. We enjoyed long days by the pool, sunsets on the beach. The kids were super happy in the pool all day long. The breakfast was amazing!

The pool is fantastic, huge in size and has a bar. There are plenty of things here to keep kids entertained. The grounds are well-maintained and lovely. Most of all, the proximity to the beach is brilliant for spending time swimming and relaxing.

Loved everything! We had such a great christmas at the pullman. Rooms, beds, resort ground, breakfast and ( christmas lunch) were amazing! So much attention to detail. Will stay here again if we ever come back to phu quoc! Highly recommend.

The pool is so nice, you can relax and have a peacefull mind while lying your back along the side of the pool. The price might be a little more expensive than the other resorts but I guarantee that it is worth the price. Superb amenities and facilities and the staff are the best.

A little far from town.

If I had to be very picky. The rooms that we occupied had a little bit of a musty smell. I do understand that the humidity level is very high in Phu Quoc and that doesn’t help.

Weather in rainy season but what can they do about it?

Services and facility are as expected from 5 star hotels and resorts. All staffs are well educated willing to help guests with warm hearts. Can't expect more.

There’s nothing near by but the free shuttle means it is easy to access the town. You could get a taxi too if needed.

After travelling around Vietnam we thought we’d treat ourselves to a stay at the Pullman and we were not disappointed! The hotel is exceptional. The swimming pool is amazing and the staff couldn’t be more polite and helpful. It’s quite far to the main town but the hotel put on a shuttle every evening which we used for each night of our stay. The food in the hotel is a bit pricey so it was better to eat out. Breakfast was incredible - it really was the best breakfast we have ever had! You are spoilt for choice! Would definitely recommend this hotel - it’s worth every penny.
