The staff are amazing and very helpful. The room is spaceous and clean and the included breakfast has a lot of choices. It was very delicious!

The staffs here are extremely helpful and friendly. Joy helped me arranged all logistics including all tours and recommendations on nice places to eat. Location is also super, especially if you book tours during the weekends, you will be dropped off at the hotel but some other hotels in the city center cannot due to some streets become walking streets at weekends.

Location was amazing as everything was in walking distance. The staff were incredible and arranged transport from the airport. They were extremely helpful and answered any questions we had, gave us directions and recommendations. We were very impressed! Quinn was so kind and went above and beyond

On a recent trip to Vietnam I stayed at Eliana on a number of times. Overall it was a very pleasant stay with very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and very effective in booking flights and trips. Good location in the middle of the Old Quarter in Hanoi. Would certainly stay here again.

1. The service by the hotel staff. Joy with her cheerful smile had been absolutely kind and helpful right from the time of booking until checking out. She's the right person to approach if you have any queries. Not forgetting Danny who helped us to arrange for the tours and transport back to airport. 2. The rooms were well furnished and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The toilet had everything you need from shampoo, body soap, etc. The TV has all the news and movie channels. 3. Breakfast at level 8 offers a good view of the city. A wide selection of dishes available. Leo the staff was very professional and courteous towards the guests, always putting on a smile when taking the order. 4. Location is very centralised and near to the shopping areas.

There is a construction next door, which started early in the morning, but this should be finished soon. One very minor detail, there is no bedside light, so it’s either bright or dark. But this is really minor.

Location, breakfast, value for money, and all of the staff were excellent! It’s also worthwhile and very handy to use the airport transport option.

Location slightly out from the centre of the Old Town, which may be good or bad depending on your priorities.

A relatively new hotel on the western side of the Old Town area. We had a good sized room which was very quiet. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful with good English. Both a buffet and ‘a la carte’ breakfast was included. Very close to ‘Train Street’.

This charming boutique hotel boasts impeccable service, a comfortable family room, a fantastic breakfast, and a prime location in the heart of the Hanoi Old Quarter. The hotel’s location is outstanding, within walking distance of popular attractions and local shops, making it easy to explore the area effortlessly. The rooftop breakfast is a highlight, featuring a wonderful selection of freshly prepared Vietnamese dishes, all served by a friendly and accommodating staff. I cannot commend the entire team enough for their genuine kindness and helpfulness. You can book reliable activities and transport with them at ease and is very convenient. A special shoutout to Dustin at the reception, who went above and beyond to assist us during our early check-in and helped tremendously when my mom's flight was cancelled. Everything is great: location in the old quarter and close to everything, wide selection of very good breakfasts (both continental and local), very nice rooms (we had the one with a balcony), air-condition that is fully remote and easy to operate, AND: warm and extremely helpful staff who put a lot of heart to their work! I also absolutely loved body and food massage downstairs. I will definately come back.

This hotel was in a great location in the old quarter, We loved the breakfast, staff and beds. We stayed in a family sweet and had 2 queen size beds on the 7th floor. It can be a little bit noisy but that's common to be in a such a busy location.
