Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Eliana Premio staff, especially Joy, Anna, and Quinn were very exceptional, warm, very helpful, even since we still planning our travel from origin. The hotel is also very recommended because it is situated in the center of Hanoi city, closed to many tourist objects within the city. It's just located 400m from the well-known railway cafe in Hanoi. The breakfast in the hotel is also delicious, with warm and helpful kitchen staff.

AustraliaIt didn’t bother us but noise outside can be heard inside the room. Location is in a busy area so we were expecting it. We were in a 3rd floor room with balcony - tree blocking our view but also gave us privacy.
Very clean. We had daily cleaning and towels changed everyday for the length of our stay. The breakfast was great. The staff are very helpful. The room we had matched what was in the photos advertised. We had a very comfortable stay.

Czech RepublicStaff was the best (especially Joy and Anna) but other staff that answered our questions and secured a shuttle from Airport and to Ha Giang. The hotel was clean with working aircon, nice room and delicious breakfast. Also the location is very convenient, you can walk or Grab for good money to near locations, markets, museums etc.

How friendly and helpful were the staff, facilities and amazing room. You will find everything, ironing, hair dryer, tv Netflix (use your own account) or even you can look videos in YouTube if you don’t understand the local programs. I really love it ! Good location 😃✨

PhilippinesThis might be my most favorite hotel in Hanoi. My family and I loved it! The bed and linens were clean and comfortable; I had great sleep! I wish we could have extended our stay. Our room was clean and spacious. Price pretty reasonable. Staff were amazing, always helping and accommodating our needs. Special shout out to Miss Jenny and Mr. Paul. You guys deserve a raise for your customer service. I’ll definitely consider checking-in again at Eliana Premio once I go back. Please keep up the good work and good service.

United KingdomFeel hotel offers very good value for money. The only thing they can improve on is more choice in vegetarian varieties (hot) for breakfast.
Location is excellent in the old town, walkable to the most of the tourist attractions. Rooms with street view (201) spacious and clean. The hotel stands out because of the staff who are so professional, friendly and always smiling.
