I loved this hotel! I just wish I had stayed here longer. Will definitely be back. I had an early flight and they packed me a breakfast. The room was lovely and spacious and the hotel pool was stunning!

The staff were incredible, the facilities were top notch. The bed was like sleeping on a pile of clouds. Overall I’d say this is the best place to stay in Hanoi. The roof is spectacular at sunset or during the day for a dip.

e stayed here for the first three nights of our Vietnam tour. From the moment we arrived we knew we had found somewhere special. Attentive doormen that carried our bags and helped us dodge the Hanoi City traffic in safety. Welcome drinks and refreshments towels were supplied as we checked in in comfort. The beds were super, super comfortable - it was like sleeping on a cloud! The rooftop infinity pool and spa were beautiful. We can also recommend the massage treatments on site. We visited the rooftop bar every night, and we treated to live music on one evening. What really made this stay is the hospitality, each member of staff could not do enough for you, we actually felt like royalty for the entirety of our stay. A massive, massive thank you goes to Lucy Nguyen the travel supervisor. We had a basic idea of the activities that we would like to do but Lucy made all of of Vietnam dreams come true. Not only arranging our day trips and activities but also arranging our transport further on with our tour of Vietnam, from train tickets to taxis. She really did go beyond the extra mile and even checked in on us on her day off!! If you are looking for the very best experience in Hanoi Old Quarter, look no further, you will not be disappointed!

A great 5* hotel. Beautiful rooms with comfy beds. Excellent breakfast with a wide choice of food of good standard, and attentive service. Beautiful roof top pool and bar. Great personal service by friendly and helpful staff - very professional, particularly those at the reception area. On our departure, they came outside to our taxi and gave us a token gift - very nice touch. I presume they do this for all their guests. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay and felt well looked after.

If you are looking for a lovely hotel in the old quarter, the Peridot is amazing. Rooftop pool and restaurant were great. Buffet breakfast was one of the best Ive had in the world. THe room had a soaker tub which was heaven. Love the glass elevator. We stayed here on our last night in Vietnam and it was an amazing end to an amazing vacation.

This hotel was the perfect oasis in a busy city. Right in the centre of Hanoi, with very short walks to the main attractions. The pool and rooftop bar are beautiful in the evening, and our experience in that spa was perfect. Would really recommend this hotel, we couldn't have asked for more!

It is very much in the middle of the hustle and bustle and chaos of Hanoi so if you don’t like being in the old quarter with street sellers everywhere then not for you. But once in the hotel you are oblivious to the outside surroundings.

The bar menu on the top level could have been bigger, and food availability till later in the evening for night owls to enjoy.

It was the most luxurious bed we've ever slept in. The room was spotless, clean, and every attention to detail was top level. The rooftop bar and pool was an amazing escape from such a busy city and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who likes the finer things in life. Breakfast selection was HUGE and fresh. The staff are all smiling, kind and considerate, opening doors for us, assisting with luggage and transfers and always made us feel like their most important guests.

You will hear the church bells at 6am every morning in case you like sleeping in.

Beautiful, luxe property. Large, comfortable room and blinds that block out sunlight. Rooftop pool and bar is superb. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly. The food in the rooftop restaurant is incredible- best steak my partner has had. Best buffet breakfast on our trip so far also.
