No breakfast even though it’s advertised (they gave us a 10% discount when I queried this). The beds are firm, not an issue for us. The rooms could definitely use a freshen up & a deep clean. Unfortunately you have to remove your entry key tag from the power when you leave the room. Still good value for what it is & the location.

We had a family room with two beds on the 9th floor with a small balcony which had a great view. The location is perfect, so close to the beach. There is a laneway in front of the hotel which is a dead end, so pretty quiet really, plus there are restaurants, massage places, laundry places & shops right there. Air conditioning worked well & good to have a small fridge in your room. The staff were all friendly especially the young girl during the day, always smiling & helpful and she spoke good English. Great value for money.

No breakfast served, despite what is mentioned on booking.com. Which also means no discount on food for genius members. If you come here from Danang like me, with the night bus arriving at 6am, there is a pool with beds on the 7th floor, which is quite nice to use, although the staff only told me that after 3 hours I was waiting in the lobby (sleep deprived).

Great location in a quiet alley with good small restaurants and massage shops. 2 mins to the beach. Good size room and good facilities. Friendly staff, they booked my next bus with pickup included.

The water in the shower was often only lukewarm or sometimes even cold. The apartment had a kitchen but I couldn’t actually use it because there were no utensils at all.

Great value rooms right by the beach. Close to lots of shops and restaurants. A great spot for a longer visit. I’ll definitely stay again.

For the price and location, it is a steal! Room is equipped with all the essentials and it’s also got a smart tv. Staff was quite polite, and let me keep my bags at the reception for a whole day post check out.

Very close to the beach and central city area, clean and quiet room. One of the most comfortable bad, in my life. Roof pool is not so big, but clean without any bad smells.

It's not like the pictures. My room was fine but not big enough for 2 even though it was a "double". I asked about the remote control for the a/c on day 3 because I hadn't seen it, the cleaners came in my room and moved the bed, and it was under there, in the middle-ish. Previous guest must have knocked it down, I think though it should have been found before I checked in. I asked about excursions at reception but receptionist just gave me a leaflet and told me to enquire in town. The pool/ spa is deserted on the 7th floor so I wouldn't have felt comfortable going for a swim.

Bed was comfortable, shower was good temperature and pressure. Location is very good.

The breakfast menu here can be a bit challenging for Muslim travelers as the dishes served are not halal. However, we managed to fill up on bread, boiled eggs, and fruits.

This hotel is in a great location. It's close to Nha Trang beach, the night market, and several tourist attractions. The alley where the hotel is located has many spas and reflexology centers. There's also a halal Turkish kebab shop nearby, about 500 meters from the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The room we stayed in didn't have an ocean view because it was blocked by other buildings, but you can see the sea from the pool area. The staff here are super friendly and helpful, especially Miss Anh. The restaurant auntie was also very kind. She gave us extra watermelon slices when she noticed we didn’t take breakfast since the food served wasn't halal for Muslims.

Wifi was unstable, so I couldn't work online as well as I had expected. My online classes was on and off many times.

The room that I stayed was clean, neat and a bit small. But it has a small balcony so I could enjoy the sunlight. The receptionists were friendly and warm. It was very comfy when tourists can find some good restaurants and convinient stores near the hotel. The weather was perfect.

A bit of smell from the toilet. Room in front of lift is a bit noisy. Some smell and smoke on the breakfast area because of the cooking eggs without ventilation.

Good location and good price, in downtown, 5 minutes walk to beach. Buffet breakfast with rice, noddles, eggs, watermelon, coffe & milk, juices, cucumber, tomatoes. Kettle and refrigerator available at the room, good AC. Balcony available.

One of the bedrooms joined directly to the living space. It would have perhaps been nice to have a curtain to separate this so that we didn’t disturb our friends when going to the toilet at night

We stayed in an apartment room for 4 people. It was lovely and modern with plenty of space and a good dining table. Apartment was in a separate building to the main hotel but not too far away & very well maintained.

There was a constant smell of urine coming from the bathroom and the toilet looked like the bowl hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. It was also sold as a double/king bed but it was 2 beds pushed together which was a little annoying.

The location was excellent just around the block from the beach, and the night market. Food and massage/nails in the same alley as hotel. Good bed and air conditioning. Was a very cheap hotel so got what we paid for. Well worth the money.
