We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThe Restaurant was closed and the lobby staff did not seem aware of that. Unfortunately, it was raining, and due to weather warnings, we could not visit the beach.
We had only a few hours at the hotel. Location is great, with a view of the beach. Staff were professional. Facilities were quite good.

PolandOnly two people from reception speak English, it’s really strange they want to make business with european guests without knowing language, so if they are busy you still need to wait even the other people are in the reception, I wouldn’t say it’s 4 star hotel more 3 european, the staff is nice and try to be helpful but without communication it’s impossible, the pool is ok but not enough sun beds, bar on the roof is closed at 22.00 so better go opposite on the beach bar the drinks are good and cheap

IndonesiaThe kids area is too small and the AC is not always on during operational hours. Maybe they could expand the area by sacrificing 1 or 2 more guest room.
The staffs are very responsive and helpful. Ms. Thu Nguyen was very informative and helpful when I need to book tour to Hoi An. The swimming pool exceeds my expectation, they manage to put such comfortable pool in their small space. It also helps that the hotel face east, so that the pool located in 22th floor is protected by 23rd floor shadow in the heat of the noon - late afternoon.

We found Da Nang itself and the area sadly over commercialised and full of high rises and tourists- nothing to do with the hotel itself of course
